Mi experiencia en Viajero Hostel Santa Marta fue excelente. Desde el primer momento me sentí muy cómoda y bienvenida. Quiero destacar la amabilidad, disposición y buena energía de Carolina, Lauren y Adrián, quienes hicieron que la estadía fuera aún más agradable.

Mención especial para Aleja, por su excelente atención, calidez y carisma. Su servicio marca la diferencia y hace que uno se sienta como en casa.

Sin duda, un lugar que recomiendo por sus instalaciones, ambiente, atención al huésped y por el gran equipo humano que lo hace especial. ¡Gracias por hacer de mi estadía una experiencia tan bonita! ❤️🏖️

Ändere den. Über die Rezeption gerufenes Taxi war doppelt so teuer wie gelbes.
Ich hätte gerne ein Safe statt einer Holzkiste gehabt

Bürokratie, ständig ausfallende Aufzüge, demonstrative Unfreundlichkeit einzelner,
Das ist nicht möglich, wahr zu buchen. Für eine Person einen Zeitabschnitt und für zwei Personen einen anderen und ich in derzeit allein kämpfen musste den Zugang zum Spar und das zweite Frühstück nicht verweigern zu bekommen

Amazing staff!
Pros:

The staff was amazing and helpfull and it was really easy to connect with others during the pub crawl.

Cons:

The check-inn process where you have to fill out an entire form and upload passport pictures. When you book a place with reception you do not want to spend time on that after a long day of travelling. Never had this before only with self check in appartments but you can do it beforehand. Also you can only check-in after 3PM

Me gustó el servicio, los cuartos, las facilidades y la localización bastante centrica

Cons:

Tuve sabanas manchadas, olian bien pero maybe algunas sabanas que tengan manchas dificiles de sacar se deben eliminar. El baño tiene una ventana de cristal y aunque parece que no, sí me daba la impresion de estar muy abierta hacia adentro del hostal, que alguien me podia ver. Quizas con una cortina se puede solucionar.

Great vibe in this hostel! This is probably the fifth or sixth Viajero I've been to and I'm not disappointed. All the staff are very nice and helpful, special mention to Pipe for his amazing energy and cool activities, to Carolina from the reception and to the staff at the restaurant and bar. Great atmosphere if you want to meet new people and organize activities together.
I was in a private room, it was clean, nice and spacious, and the food and drinks were really good. I ended up always having breakfast and dinner at the hostel.
There is also a co-working space for remote workers.
The location is pretty close to the city center, not very safe at night but that's everywhere in Colombia. Overall definitely recommend!

Cons:

Nothing really. The wifi in my room was not very strong but it wasn't a big deal, I used mobile internet anyway.

Excelente sitio
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente las instalaciones son muy buenas pero debo destacar que el staff es increíble, Carolina del front desk súper amable, sonriente y diligente, Pipe muy buen host, y colaborador con lo que uno necesite, en el restaurante Valentina con muy buena vibra, todos increíbles!

Cons:

Mejoraría limpieza sin decir que es mala

Decepcionante.
Pros:

Buen ambiente. El personal es divertido y amigable. Había muchas personas de otros países para hacer amigos. El desayuno fue consistente y Rico.

Cons:

Estaba ubicado a casi 20 minutos caminando del centro. Lo elegimos por su supuesta cercanía a las partes turísticas de Santa marta, pero no estaba cerca. El piso de la habitación está manchado y parece sucio. El televisor es muy básico, sin acceso an internet. El aire acondicionado no vale. La terraza estaba en construcción, así que todo estaba apilado y desordenado. No depende del hotel, pero afuera no había iluminación y la calle estaba descuidada con aguas negras.
