The hotel is good but need to upgraded.
Pros:

It was good for what I was there for. But overall it good. The staff was very friendly , nice and helpful.

Cons:

The lien had a strong smell that triggered my allergies. The toilets are way too low for guess.

The location from the Toyota pavilion

Cons:

There was a lot of Construction going on. It was really noisy to the point it was annoying being in the hotel, the interior of the hotel looked like a rush rentavation job. Just when we thought the construction was done for the day, the A/C unit was so noisy that we could not sleep at all.

We will never book this hotel chain again, very disappointing. It was unreal.
Pros:

The breakfast was cold. No biscuits, when staff were asked about more food 40 minutes before breakfast stopped being served, we were ignored. Ongoing renovation, jackhammer in the morning all day, water out for a whole day. Fire alarm went off and had to evacuate the building, apparently due to an employee error, but nobody told us that as we evacuated down three flights of stairs. Staff was rude and did not take accountability. Great location, but NEVER again, it was like a bad joke.

Cons:

The staff attitude, the breakfast, lack of concern for the paying customers as the renovation was more than disruptive. They would continue to use the jackhammer in front of customers and it was so loud. If I would have known about all the disturbances, I never would have booked it.

I will be back!
Pros:

Front desk agents were really nice. The breakfast was delicious! The pool was also nice. The room was clean & fresh smelling. Nice view of Dallas skyline.

Cons:

My TV internet kept buffering so I couldn’t watch it much.
