It was quite and slow paced for the Metroplex....
Nothing really
our room was clean
as soon as I got there, the attendant receiving me seemed rude and agitated, kept speaking to me in a aggressive tone like he was upset, telling me that he could not hear me when I wasnt speaking loud enough for anybody to hear. I felt scolded like a schoolgirl the elevator looked like there had been an exploit on in the building, i was afraid to get on it . we were not advised that they were going through a renovation… As soon as we got to our floor, there was a smell of wet paint. The smell gave me a huge migraine that I had for the rest of the night.
Usually Hamptons are good but I wish I was informed of the construction before I booked, noise started early, both elevators were used by construction, our room still has remnants of construction dust and caulking all over bathroom counter. Mostly the early noise.

Nada. Es difícil destacar algo. Como mucho la cama
El hotel está en obras, cosa que no avisan ni tienen una deferencia contigo. Está solo en medio de la nada. Sino tienes coche, olvídate. Nosotros perdimos el vuelo porque la señora de recepción se empeño en llamar a un señor con el que tienen un acuerdo para el transporte y tras una hora esperando, tuvimos que buscarnos la vida. El chico de la noche muy mal encarado. Nos hicieron pagar 50 dólares solo por llegar por la mañana el día del partido de España y decirles que si podíamos dejar en consigna las maletas (nos dieron la habitación y nos cobraron en vez de dejar allí la maleta). El centro comercial de las colinas que dicen estar al lado, es malísimo y son 15 minutos andando bajo el sol de Dallas. Está lejos de todo, menos del aeropuerto. No lo recomiendo bajo ningún concepto. Menos mal que ganó España porque sino hubiera sido un suplicio. La piscina es enana y tienen una manguera metida todo el día. La limpieza de la habitación horrible, la mesita y el sofá para no sentarse
The poop in the elevator lobby was a little disconcerting. We called down to the from desk to report it. Was gone when we left again. Glad we took pictures.

Great location during our road trip - easy to access off the interstate - in a quiet, nice area. They are doing renovations but it did not disturb us at all.
Great location, close to the airport and Las Colinas neighbourhood with nice restaurantes and shopping malls. Staff was helpful and kind.
Breakfast was average, some days (for unknown reasons) they didn't make our room. There is housekeeping service and although we left the room early and didn't leave any "non disturb" sign, the room wasn't cleaned up (and it happened more than once). Wifi was only average, coming and going at times.
