We love Texas
Pros:

Room was spacious and bed was comfy. Nice and safe area, I've always enjoyed staying in Las Colinas/Irving. Plenty of food and shopping within a few minutes drive. We enjoyed the pool, especially in the middle of October.

Cons:

The hotel is in the last stages of remodeling which only interrupted breakfast. There was no hot breakfast, only a grab and go bag. It was not mentioned to us at check in and after a 12 hour drive, we weren't looking for or reading posted signs in lobby or elevator.

Pros:

The room was comfortable, spacious and well equipped.

Cons:

I am unhappy and felt deceived that Booking.com or the hotel did not state that the hot breakfast was not available due to renovations during this period because that was one of the reasons why we booked this hotel. Instead we had to make do with bagels for breakfast only. Please do better.

Unfortunately the breakfast area was under construction and the simple breakfast options were not what we eat. We booked through a 3rd party and it did not notify us that there would be no breakfast due to construction. Also, we were not told that the room that was selected for us was right above the construction so it sounded like they were working on our walls in our room.....Very loud.

Overall it was comfortable and I would stay again once cafe is done renovating

Bedrooms were clean and comfortable, pool was awesome. Staff was helpful.

Tuvimos una excelente experiencia durante nuestra estancia en este hotel. Todo estuvo muy bien, las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y cómodas, y se notaba el cuidado y la atención en cada detalle. El personal fue muy amable, atento y profesional, siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos con una sonrisa. Sin duda, nos sentimos muy bien recibidos y como en casa. Recomendamos este hotel totalmente!

Short, sweet and comfortable
Pros:

I really love the property was only the outskirts of Dallas but still within 20 to 30 minutes of all the main shopping and activities. It was a nice quiet area as well not too much traffic or chaos on the road.

Cons:

The one thing I didn’t like was more so about the room. The bathtub felt like it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, but it was still clean enough to take a shower in.

The birds make it where I wouldn’t stay. But the beds are awesome .
Pros:

The beds are very comfortable. The staff is very nice and they remember you. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The birds crap all over your car. It’s really bad!!!
