Pros:

Location was great for our purposes. Parking is around the corner so a bit congested checking in but was able to safely leave car nearby. There is an additional parking fee just fyi. Was within walking distance of Wrigley. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Quiet floor.

Cons:

The parking would be the only negative as it was additional cost and around the corner/unattached and a short walk, but it wasn't a terrible experience.

Overall it was a satisfying stay, in an interesting neighborhood with easy access to the Vic Theater and the Loop.
Pros:

The location was perfect for my proposes.

Cons:

Having to go thru the desk manager for additional snacks and refreshments once the room’s supply was depleted. I think housekeeping should have resupplied used up items when they make their daily rounds.

It would also have been nice to have a short term reserved free parking place in front of the hotel for checking in and checking out, so as not to risk getting a parking ticket before going to the parking garage or leaving.

It was clean and the rooms were large.

Cons:

Expensive for what you get. Right next to the elevated train so very loud at intervals. Neighborhood was a bit dicey. Parking not real close. Hard to unload as parking in front is spaces.

Closeness to Wrigley Field.
The beds were made up excellent & extremely clean! Nice job there!

Cons:

Rates (game day) were unreasonable vs property decor.
Smell as you enter front door of hotel. Thank goodness it did not carry over to room. Need better 1st impression!
