Excellent location close to everything and rooms were large and comfortable.
Pros:

Great location close to train station, restaurants, stores.

Cons:

Great central location for the gay bars in Boyz Town.
Pros:

Sadly, it didn't include breakfast, however, everything else was good. Nice staff; clean and quiet. Very comfortable beds.

Cons:

The shower had very little water pressure.

City Suites is very convenient to the train. The amount paid for the room was very high for what the room looked like. T

Key took 3-5 times to get in the room
Need to brighten up the rooms

Most comfortable hotel experience in years!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location to experience all of boystown. The service and caring nature at this hotel truly stands out! The front desk host Hoai was so kind to my boyfriend and I, help us with the parking offered at the hotel and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Her kindness made all the difference and helped us really settle in to feel at home. We will definitely be back, thanks Hoai!! 🏳️‍🌈🩵

Quiet and clean but pricey
Pros:

Love staying at city suites. It’s not my first time. Although their prices have gotten way expensive for what is offered with your stay.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was that the price point was really high for no complementary services. At over $300 a night I’ll grab and go breakfast should at least be offered.

Short and sweet
Pros:

Was near event we were attending.

Cons:

Room was nice, whoever used room before us housekeeping never looked in drawers or under bed to make sure nothing was left behind. Next time staying somewhere further out of town and taking train in between hotel and parking cost.

Would not stay here again or recommend
Pros:

The hotel was in the area I wanted to stay in and the overnight parking was reasonably priced and close. The staff was friendly and helpful. The keycard system is horrible. It is hard to swipe the card and we had to go down to the front desk to get the cards reactivated because they would not open the door to our room. Elevator was working while we were there.

I would not stay at this hotel or recommend it because it is really dated and has a musty smell. The rooms need to be updated. The age of the carpet, bathroom tile, and furniture was well past its prime and made me feel like the room was not clean.

Good place to stay close to Wrigley Field
Pros:

Not a long walk to Wrigley Field. Atmosphere was nice and the main area was very clean and interesting. Rooms were also clean and welcoming although the bathroom (tiles, window) were a little subpar. Noise level was really good considering how close you are to the train. Service was excellent. Mini-bar is available for additional charge. Elevator could only fit 3 people (or 2 with luggage) but it was never a long wait for it to arrive. Parking very close and plenty of restaurants on the same street with a Target nearby as well.

Great location for wrigley. One subway stop away. Hotel is very close to Belmont Red Line stop.
Pros:

This is a historic building, expect an older style space. It's clean and functional
The front desk was friendly and efficient. Beds were comfortable .

Safe solid, if pricey, stay for a family.
Pros:

Great room with 2 beds and a pullout couch and 2 TVs. Worked great for my family. Great location, close to el and a great neighborhood. A historic and interesting nabe to stay in.

Cons:

Our room was too dark. The only sunlight came in from the bathroom. The hotel taxes hiked the nightly rate to way more than I had budgeted for. For the price, I would have liked a few more perks and luxuries.

Mi experiencia de dos noches.
Pros:

Nos gustó que haya estado a unos pasos del metro para poder movernos a los puntos turísticos. Y que al rededor haya muchos lugares para salir a comer o simplemente hacer super.
Estábamos a 25 min. De la zona mas turística de Chicago. No pasamos frio y el baño tienen buen tamaño.

Cons:

Tiene un olor particular.
