残念だった
Pros:

早朝のフライトにはとても便利。設備もキレイでスタッフも親切。

Cons:

ジャグジーが温められなかった。予約時に聞いていたら、この施設を予約しなかったので残念。
運悪く、分別のない団体の宿泊客に当たってしまい、2泊の滞在は最悪なものになった。23時ごろから午前3時まで大音量の音楽を流し、奇声を発し騒いでいた。スタッフも夜にはいないので対応を求められない。椅子を動かす音、ドアを閉める音、ジャグジー、トイレ、話し声全て丸聞こえ。ノイズキャンセリングのイヤホンをしても寝られなかった。

Pros:

The room was big and clean.the staff were nice and helpful.

Cons:

The Airport is the next plot of this hotel.. we could hear and see all the flights takeoff and land.. it was pretty loud.. there is nothing else around the resort.. we had to take the local bus from the airport to Fira everyday which was very time consuming... The shuttle to the airport is chargeable...

Emplacement proche aéroport, pratique pour le retour sans stress, avec service de transfert (en supplément). Espace piscine très agréable, ensemble plutôt calme malgre la proximité de la route et de l'aéroport

Cons:

Hot tube non chauffé, dommage pour la saison basse ou le température ne sont pas assez élevés pour en profiter.

A great ending to our Europe trip.
Pros:

Our kids asked if we were staying at Buckingham Palace when we sent photos!!! The shuttle service was exceptional and reasonably priced. Used it to get to the hotel then back to airport to catch train into Milan then in reverse!! Good breakfast included. Bed comfortable and big room.

Hotel super ,czysty ,pokoje super urządzone,niczego w nich nie brakuje,szlafroki ,kapcie ,woda ,owoc,
kosmetyki.Codziennie sprzątane i dokładane brakujące rzeczy . Śniadania super ,każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie i muszę dodać personel bardzo pomocny i miły . Jest też karta dań ,które są bardzo smaczne . Bliskość lotniska tylko na plus i oglos samolotów wcale nie przeszkadza. Gorąco polecam jako świetną bazę wypadową i miejsce do odpoczynku .

Séjour court mais très agréable avec un personnel charmant et à l'écoute
Pros:

Les chambres sont charmantes, très spacieuses et très bien équipées. Le jacuzzi à l'entrée de la chambre est un réel plus. Elles sont bien insonorisées malgré la proximité de l'aéroport.

Cons:

L'environnement de l'hôtel est à éviter (il n'y a rien à voir) et une quasi impossibilité de sortir de l'hôtel sans voiture, taxi ou navette. La proximité de l'aéroport étant toutefois pour nous un plus puisque c'est ce que nous voulions.
