Not a 3* level
Pros:

Room we had had a blind window overlooking back stairs, not acceptable for a 3* hotel

Cons:

They don’t provide tissues. There’s a box but they no longer fill it.

Wish we had stayed here longer -- so we'll have to come back.
Pros:

This was an incredibly wonderful surprise from the moment we entered. It has a very inviting, nautical themed lobby. The staff were right with us. The location is excellent, near the main road and right above the marina, restaurants, and shopping, and not far at all from the beach. The lobby was great to have a drink. The breakfast was just right, and the views from the lobby and our room were dreamy - we wished we had booked more nights. The room was incredibly spacious and well apportioned, with a fabulous, spacious balcony.

Cons:

Nothing!
