There is a free scheduled shuttle service to these destinations:
- MRT Yuanshan Station
- MRT Zhongxiao Fuxing Station
- National Palace Museum
- Dihua Street and Dadaocheng
- Taoyuan Airport MRT Taipei A1 Station

Traveler who come by car, please park at the gate first, and the porter will carry your luggage for you.
There are only 30 parking spaces, and the number is limited. It is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking spaces cannot be reserved, sorry for the inconvenience.

As the check-in time is 15:00, there will be an additional charge for parking before 12:00 (NTD$ 100/hour)

Staff Stepped Up; When We Were Down...
Pros:

The entire Team at The Riviera Hotel went well above and beyond normal expectations. About halfway into our week long stay, my wife and I contracted a nasty GI tract infection. The staff went out of their way to support and take care of us. Specifically, Grace and Shaq on the front desk became major assets to us during this ordeal; which included my wife being hospitalized for 2-days.

Nice Hidden Away Hotel Gem
Pros:

This is a charming, perfectly sized hotel conveniently located away from much of the noise in Taipei. The staff is very friendly. Recommend.

Great Experience at The Riviera Hotel
Pros:

Very clean hotel and staff are very nice. We are able to exchange our currency inside the hotel, very convenient. Bakery is great. Breakfast is wonderful. We even tried the Riviera porterhouse steak for our dinner, it’s really good. I will recommend the place to my family and friends
