We regret to inform you that, with the aim of improving our facilities and providing you with an exceptional experience, we will be carrying out maintenance work in the reception and lobby area of our hotel (change of air conditioning equipment). These tasks will be carried out from January 31 to February 14. During this period, these areas of the hotel will be affected, causing access to the hotel to be modified. The breakfast was pretty good. The location was great. The jaccuzi worked well and was nice and hot. Bathroom was clean and everything worked. There was an OXXO convience store across the street which was a nice surprise.
No basic bottled water in the room, you had to pay for it when you aren't supposed to drink tap water in Lima. The bed was insanely soft which was horrible for my back BUT obviously people like different frimness of bed.

Receptionist not very nice on arrival, poor breakfast options, one day my husband felt unwell and went to take some toast and said I am not allowed..at the end they let me.. but when u say no first time as a client I already made my decision never to return there.

Cosy, big, clean, we had a lovely stay. Good breakfast buffet. Helpful, friendly staff. The room was really quiet, perfect for rest.

Los dos dias que aloje me salió agua fria. Realmente insólito. Ademas no hicieron la limpieza de la habitación. Ninguno de estos problmas los había tenido antes en un hotel de este tipo
