Please note that guests are required to leave either a credit card or a cash deposit which will be returned during check-out if nothing has been consumed.

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.

Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

We regret to inform you that, with the aim of improving our facilities and providing you with an exceptional experience, we will be carrying out maintenance work in the reception and lobby area of our hotel (change of air conditioning equipment). These tasks will be carried out from January 31 to February 14. During this period, these areas of the hotel will be affected, causing access to the hotel to be modified. El desayuno no es tan variado, la piscina es muy pequeña (cuando fuimos a usarla habían 3 personas y no había más lugar) y los eventos que se realizan sobrepasan la capacidad.

Por 4 vezes os quartos estavam ocupados ao me darem as chaves para hospedar( inadmissível).
No quarto que estava limpo ( na quinta vez já acompanhado do coordenador do hotel), tinha uma festa na cobertura com músicas muito alto e um barulho ensurdecedor até altas horas da madrugada.
Inadmissível um hotel com avaliação de 4 a 5 estrelas e com o preço que pratica ter este tipo de erro.
