Please note that guests are required to leave either a credit card or a cash deposit which will be returned during check-out if nothing has been consumed.

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.

Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

We regret to inform you that, with the aim of improving our facilities and providing you with an exceptional experience, we will be carrying out maintenance work in the reception and lobby area of our hotel (change of air conditioning equipment). These tasks will be carried out from January 31 to February 14. During this period, these areas of the hotel will be affected, causing access to the hotel to be modified. Muy buen hotel lo recomiendo

Muy bien ubicado instalaciones bien cuidadas personal amable la habitación espaciosa limpia cómoda y moderna en general me parece una buena opción de alojamiento de buena calidad

Cons:

La piscina aunque bonita en su último piso muy pequeña y bueno eso ya parece difícil de que cambie pero almenos podrían ver la forma de poner más camastros o sillas arriba para que los huéspedes descansen con vistas, el desayuno aunque rico pero le falta un poco más de variedad, lo televisores ya deben ser smart para usar streaming por lo demás todo bien

Su cambio de moneda es muy elevada para el cobro y solo cobran en soles al cambio que les da la gana , no contaban con personal , en el desayuno a la 9 am ya no había comida, no tenían personal suficiente para la atención, encontré una araña en mi cama, su frío bar no enfría, y tienen un plástico en las duchas que están en muy mal estado y sucias, en la piscina no hay toallas hay que pedirlas y demoran en traer.

I usually never share my experience about the stays in hotels, but this time I feel like it would be important to do so. I did stay at the hotel partially because the breakfast was included. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing, when I got there and there was pretty much nothing left, and whatever food that was brought out was gone in seconds. Very disappointing….

I did make a reservation through booking and the price reflected there is in USD. When I got to the hotel, the staff advised that payment is to be completed in local currency, which is totally fare. The thing that disappointed me the most was the exchange rate that the hotel was using, as you can imagine it was not in costumer’s favor at all by a long shot! In addition to everything front desk workers very incredibly slow…

Other than that hotel lived up to my expectations!
