Charming hotel
Pros:

Clean and moderately priced. Quiet location. Good breakfast consists of cereals, juice, toast, fruit, pastries, and coffee.

Enjoyed our stay near the beach
Pros:

The hotel was easily accessible from the outside which is a plus when you are traveling with dogs. Very pet friendly. It was within walking distance to the beach, a short walk too.

Cons:

The bed was too firm and the bathroom the toilet was between the sink and shower so it felt cramped. The room was small. The lighting was not very good.

I will stay here again.
Pros:

Location. Beach is a little over .5 mile walk. A lot of food choices within a couple miles.
Safe area. Clean. Great Staff.
They were in the process of painting and upgrading property while I was there.

I have stayed here before and always return.

Cons:

Some people might not like the train noise. It doesn't bother me.

Pros:

Lovely hotel in Encinitas, very comfortable stay! Staff were very friendly and helped us with any questions we had. Huge room and bed with microwave, fridge, coffee machine and TV! A 15 minute walk to downtown Encinitas or a 4 minute drive. Lovely walk to the beach also!

Affordable. You can also tell the new owners are trying to spruce up the property.

This sweet hotel is the perfect little getaway!
Pros:

I like the location…easily accessible to Coast Highway and away from the noise of the interstate. Good walking distance to beach, shops and cafes; close enough to the Coaster train stop. Good value for the money. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
