The hotel is 200 yds from the train tracks, a number of trains pass by throughout the night
Location
Was dirty. Lots of hair found and the toilet wasn’t clean.

The pool
I felt safe even with the window partially opened at night because it had the option of a bar that prevented the window from being opened further than necessary for fresh ocean air. Neat and clean. So convenient to beach. Beautiful location. Friendly staff. Breakfast was very adequate even though it was not a hot breakfast (except for toast). All first quality items - orange juice, yogurt and fresh pastries.
There was nothing I did not like. However, I had a room directly off the parking lot and across the street from the local train station. It was not an issue for me, but if it would be a problem for you, ask for rooms 103 - 108 and you will not be on the front side of the building. I don't know if there is an elevator, but if not, if you have a handicap issue, ask for 1st floor room.

Front desk staff were pleasant and welcoming. The cost was good for the location.
The bed wasn't super comfortable, and I had to move the refrigerator to find an outlet to plug in my computer.

There was NO Closet in room! No hair dryer either.

The first room I had was a queen room on the parking lot downstairs. It was small and not so nice. i the moved across the hall to a king room and was much happier. There was a very loud barking dog that made my stay less pleasurable.
Breakfast was very basic. Dogs should not be allowed to constantly bark.
