Very loud and poor communication.
Pros:

The staff was very nice.

Cons:

Construction was going on while we were there in the hallway in front of our room. It was never shared with us prior to arriving and when we got there they said it would finish by 4pm and then it went on past 8pm and I couldn’t fall asleep. It was a hazard as they were removing flooring outside of our room. I’ve never experienced anything like it before and was surprised they would do business this way. Very disappointing.

Great location, personable staff, good value
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious, with a microwave, mini-fridge and Kuerig coffee maker. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating when I asked to switch rooms to the main floor (no stairs). The location is awesome, a short walk to the beach access (many steps!) and walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Well priced for this upscale area.

Cons:

There was a nice large TV but access to Netflix was only if you could input your personal account or attach to your own streaming device. I would have liked streaming services to be included. The Coaster tracks are close by and there’s train noise. (The neighborhood itself is quiet.)

Great deal, free parking, close to beach
Pros:

Basic accomodations that were priced well, clean, staff friendly and efficient, 4 min walk to beach and plenty of places to eat within a 5 min walk. 10min walk to the busy part of Encinitas. Great coffee at breakfast, Free parking... I am def staying here when I return.

Cons:

For the price I have no complaints.

Location. Beach is a little over .5 mile walk. A lot of food choices within a couple miles.
Safe area. Clean. Great Staff.
They were in the process of painting and upgrading property while I was there.
I have stayed here before and always return.
