Very well located for museums and waterfront; train access a few blocks away for easy travel to White Socks.

Excellent hotel with amazing staff. Enjoyed every moment there.

I will never book this hotel again.
Pros:

The location is perfect in downtown Chicago

Cons:

The price on booking was 330 USD but the hotel charged me 480 USD. After the first night I cancelled my next stay with them. The staff during the check-in and out was rude. Only one elevator was working in the lobby, the queue was very long.

I liked our 1 bdrm. Suite. Wish there was a door for the immediate bathroom.

Cons:

I did not like that your room is not cleaned every day. Elevators took forever.

À cause de l’absence de nettoyage de la chambre pour 4 jours, j’aurais réservé ailleurs.

La grandeur de la chambre et le confort du lit.

Cons:

Le fait que c’est un club et qu’on nous a demandé d’assister à une séance de vente. C’est comme du Time sharing. NON? Le nettoyage des chambres se fait aux 4 jours. Je comprends pour les draps, mais les serviettes, le verres en vitre, les sachets de café, les verres en carton et surtout les poubelles non ramassées pour moi c’est inacceptable pour le prix de 1300$ US. Ce l’est pas le standing qu’on s’attend de ce genre d’établissement. Réservez DOuble Tree à la place et la chambre sera nettoyée tous les jours.
