Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel en snelle service bij het inchecken. Parkeren met de auto voor de deur is heel fijn en de moeite waard en de prijs per dag is heel redelijk. Prima ontbijt in de ochtend en in de avond goede service bij de bar voor eten en/of drinken

Its a lovely hotel in a beautiful location ( Only a short drive to Pismo Beach ) staff are amazing and the happy hour & Breakfast are fab.

Cons:

The bed was far to soft for my liking ( personal preference) so I hardly slept- my husband and kids didn't mind it -

Overall great stay for one night. It was kind of pricey for us.

It will be awhile before I stay there again.

Cons:

Cleaning staff forgot to leave clean towels and clean glassware. We had to call for service after 6 pm. They ran out of breakfast food several times , I had several small grandchildren with me and I had to wait in shifts to get them fed.

It's a serviceable hotel and there is ample space, but there's nothing special about the location.
Pros:

breakfast was better than expected. Also, one associate was very kind when we locked ourselves out of our room.

Cons:

We ended up in a room right over the kitchen, which meant lots of noise coming upstairs. The hotel is very dark. It needs some light. We also prefer the stairs over taking elevators, and these stairs are really gross. Paying for parking is a slap in the face, and having the associate tell us at check-in that there wasn't street parking was actually a lie! There is PLENTY of street parking behind the hotel that is very safe.

Great, functional stay. Not feeling as special as some bits and bobs here and there feel a little non-functional.
Pros:

We always love the location, the facilities—very great place to get together and hold a work retreat with breakfast and happy hour. Staff, as always are super helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Things were feeling a little worn this visit—maybe either needing a bit more cleaning in the hallways? The laundry service is terrible and inconvenient, no soap for purchase in the lobby. The decor is fine, the public areas sparkle, but the couches and furnishings in the room are feeling well-used, the carpet in the hallways looking worn or in need of a deep clean. These things happen, and we enjoy our stay—just relaying info so the right maintenance is prioritized.
