I must give a shout out to Kafa from Kihei, Maui at the front desk. She was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating with my three consecutive reservations from June 11-19.

Cons:

The water pressure was woefully weak in the two different rooms that I had during this stay.

We had a problem with our room. Pullout bed very uncomfortable for my daughter or anyone to sleep on! The next roll away bed they brought in stunk like chemicals. My daughter had an allergy attack with the smells. Had to have my daughter sleep in another room! They charged us for 2 rooms and would not discount the second room! Pullout unsatisfactory!
