We always enjoy our stay. We have been staying there for at least the last 6 years

We love the location, we also like the facilities itself
Clean, not to big. We enjoy having the free breakfast. Just wish the mattress was a bit go for my husband.

Terrible experience
Cons:

The staff were not helpful! There was plenty of noise from the bar after hours from people sitting at the bar drinking and talking loud! When we asked them to change our room they said there’s no room available!! Will never go back!

If we are ever in SLO again we would DEFINITELY prefer to stay at this hotel and have already recommended it to friends

Cleanliness, fresh & comfortable beds & pillows, nice bath towels (though lacked enough towel rings/hooks on which to hang them). Great accessible roll-in shower with properly placed shower handle & hand-held shower head as well as shower bench. Would be helpful & safer if the shower chair/bench had side handles.
Great water pressure too.
Also spacious layout of guest rooms allowed for easy movement around luggage.
We felt welcomed, safe.
Staff very pleasant, helpful.
Breakfast options & varieties were great!

Dedication to great service.
Pros:

The staff was wonderful and accommodating. Everyone wanted our stay to be really nice. Gym was clean. The staff was very attentive and friendly - it was really nice to experience this level of guest care.

Cons:

didn't like a parking fee - there was a very large lot and it felt like a money grab. the room had trash in it when we arrived - staff could have checked a little better. One of the shower soaps was empty when we arrived. It was inconvenient to find that out in the shower. However, when I called they arrive within minutes to fix it!
