Pros:

La atención pésima, aunque recibí un correo de confirmación de la reserva cuando llegamos al "hotel" a las 9 pm, este establecimiento tenía las puertas cerradas, no tiene ni siquiera una recepción como cualquier otro hotel, apenas tiene un timbre en la puerta; luego de timbrar nos hablo una señora al otro lado de la puerta (nunca abrió la puerta, ni logramos tener una atención cara a cara) quien nos informo que no estaba autorizada para permitirnos el ingreso, que como habíamos hecho la reserva, y se comunico con otra señora por teléfono quien se supone se llama Carol y es la dueña, a quien tuvimos que llamar porque según Carol no teníamos ninguna reservación, a lo que le respondimos que teníamos el correo de Hoteles.com, la Sra Carol siempre negó la reservación, argumentando que nunca la recibió.
Adicionalmente, la ubicación nos daba en Puerto Colombia y ese establecimiento esta ubicado en Salgar.

Pros:

The property is very charming, clean and uniquely designed. The service is great; polite and ready to please. The surrounding beach, however, leaves a lot to be desired. The very unkind Magdalena River unloads metric tons of driftwood and other natural junk on the surrounding area on a daily basis. The hotel staff do their best to clean their section of sand, resulting in piles of garbage on both sides of your beach.
