Pros:

Das Hotel ist wunderschön und die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe der U-Bahn ist top. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Hervorzuheben ist auch das liebevoll angerichtete Frühstück.

Cons:

Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist der fehlende Stauraum im Zimmer. Die kleine Kommode war für unser 5-Tage-Gepäck etwas knapp bemessen.

Süsses Hotel mit tollem Personal und guter Lage, top Frühstück
Pros:

Das Frühstück war perfekt, die Lage gut, Aufzug top, Einrichtung und Angebot und Service top, Personal überrragend

Cons:

Zimmer recht laut, Fenster schloss nicht komplett, Zimmer ziemlich feucht, Klimaanlage funktionierte mäßig, kleiner Heizkörper, der nicht richtig warm wurde, Temperatur ging aber, der Fön war unglaublich heiss und es kam kaum Luft raus, also den könnte man wirklich ersetzen, die Handtücher habe auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, aber alles hat funktioniert

Adorable
Pros:

Hotel idyllique. Personnel chaleureux, spécialement à l'écoute et extrêmement professionnel. Le petit déjeuner, servi dans toute sorte de petites vaisselles, a un côté féérique. Le bar à cocktails de l'hôtel sert d'excellentes boissons.

JUST BOOK THE ROOM!
Pros:

Couldn’t have imagined a more perfect hotel for our stay in Vienna. A sensory and hospitality experience like no other. The staff is outstanding and one of the kindest and most helpful staff I’ve came across during my various stays in Austria, the breakfast was delicious, and our room was amaaaazing. Special thank you to Danjia, Tino, Mersa, Milja, and Emilian for making our stay so memorable. BONUS info: no room charge fees, check out is at noon (wow), and they give you a bottle of wine upon arrival. Truly in awe of this place!

Cons:

The only thing I would possibly change is perhaps having a coffee machine in the room :-)

Pros:

Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt nahe der Metrostation aber trotzdem Ruhig in einer Seitenstraße.
Das Einzelzimmer war sehr gemütlich und liebevoll hergerichtet.
Zur Begrüßung gab es zusätzlich eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit vom Haus.

Cons:

Ich habe leide keine möglichkeit gefunden das Duschtuch aufzuhängen.
Das ist jetzt jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Empfehlenswert, eine Entdeckung!
Pros:

Stil der 20er und 30er detailverliebt und gekonnt durch dekliniert. Sehr charmant: Phonoraum mit Schallplatten zum selbst abspielen, Köstliches Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Räume sind relativ dunkel gestaltet, aber stilecht.

Top Lage, nettes Personal und ein unverwechselbares Ambiente
Pros:

Wir lieben die Josefine mit ihrer Lage und der wirklich entzückende Ausstattung mit Liebe zum Detail.

Cons:

Der Check in war sehr langwierig, weil verfrüht und dann nachmittags war das Check in vom am Vormittag nicht mehr auffindbar. Sehr mühsam, wenn man bedenkt es wurde von einer Kette übernommen.
Die Maisonette ist toll, aber im Badezimmer fehlt eine Ablage Möglichkeit, wenn mehrere Personen sich dort ein Badezimmer teilen, dann sollte es mehr Ablage Fläche geben.
