Cons:

Dieses Hotel kann ich aufgrund des äußerst unprofessionellen Umgangs mit seinen Gästen leider niemandem empfehlen.

Bereits drei Monate vor meinem Geburtstag hatte ich das schönste und teuerste Zimmer des Hotels gebucht und vollständig bezahlt – eine besondere zweistöckige Suite mit Terrasse für vier Personen. Diese Buchung war für mich von großer Bedeutung, da ich Freunde aus verschiedenen Ländern eingeladen hatte, um gemeinsam meinen Geburtstag zu feiern.

Als wir am 7. Juni 2026 im Hotel ankamen, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass ein Fehler passiert sei und das von mir gebuchte Zimmer bereits von anderen Gästen bewohnt werde. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass ich darüber nicht im Voraus informiert wurde, obwohl das Hotel offensichtlich bereits vor unserer Anreise von dem Problem wusste.

Als Ersatz wurden uns lediglich zwei kleine, voneinander getrennte Zimmer ohne Terrasse angeboten. Diese Alternative entsprach weder dem Standard noch dem Preis der ursprünglich gebuchten Suite. Hätte ich gewöhnliche Hotelzimmer gewollt, hätte ich meinen Geburtstag genauso gut zu Hause in Wien feiern können. Gerade die einzigartige zweistöckige Suite war der Grund, warum ich dieses Hotel ausgewählt hatte.

Noch enttäuschender war das Verhalten des Personals. Anstatt sich aufrichtig zu entschuldigen, reagierte der Manager unhöflich und kommentierte die Situation lediglich mit den Worten: „Ja, so etwas passiert eben.“

Ich halte einen solchen Umgang mit Gästen, die lange im Voraus buchen, vollständig bezahlen und ein wichtiges Ereignis planen, für absolut inakzeptabel.

Durch den Fehler des Hotels und die Gleichgültigkeit der Mitarbeiter wurden mein Geburtstag sowie die Pläne und die Stimmung aller meiner Freunde, die eigens für dieses Ereignis angereist waren, erheblich beeinträchtigt.

Ich bin äußerst enttäuscht und kann dieses Hotel daher nicht weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Hotel mit sehr gutem Service. Die Leitung des Frühstückservices ist einfach toll. Man fühlt sich sehr sehr wohl !
Pros:

Tolle Atmosphäre im Hotel, schöne Farben, außergewöhnliche Zimmer, bequeme Betten - wunderbares Frühstück mit tollem Service. Tolle Klima- Anlage die unauffällig und angenehm arbeitet - auch bei 38 Grad Außentemperatur.
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Kleinere Punkte:
Lichtkonzept in den Zimmern mit den Drehschaltern etwas schwierig zu verstehen.
Wir waren mit Fahrrädern in Wien und mussten jedesmal das Personal bitten mitzukommen, wenn wir an die Räder wollten. Dies wurde zwar immer äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend 24/7 ermöglicht, aber ein eigener Schlüssel wäre uns lieber gewesen.
