Lovely hotel with excellent service, design is pretty cool and the staff very very supportive !
Pros:

Amazing services, location and design! The team was very well prepared to receive me with a dog, they brought us a large bed, water bowls and snacks. And were genuinely amazing!

the room was clean & beautifully decorated on theme, every detail was taken into consideration & perfected for maximum comfort & experience. from the moment i entered hotel josefine i was transported & loved every minute. i was sad to leave & will absolutely be staying here next time i am in vienna! on top of all that, the bar has one of the most extensive drink menus i have ever seen, with the most delicious options for every palate. the vibes in there are simply immaculate.

Cons:

the only thing that is good to be aware of is that if you are staying on the first floor you might hear some music from the bar downstairs; it wasn't a problem for me but it may bother light sleepers.

Pros:

Wenn man die freundlichsten, aufmerksamsten, kompetentesten, zuvorkommensten, herzlichsten Mitarbeiter*innen in Wien zusammenfasst, dann scheint das Josefine alle bei sich angestellt zu haben. Besonders auch der Umgang unter dem Personal miteinander fällt sehr positiv auf.

Die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten beim Ankommen und der Gestaltung verzücken. Und der Morgenmantel,...ach, es ist wirklich ausgesprochen schön und bezaubernd.

Und die Schallplatten, die Süßigkeiten, die Düfte der Hygieneprodukte, der Style und dann noch das Frühstück!!!....Alles sehr besonders!

Top Empfehlung! Auch dir Barfly Bar im Haus!
Pros:

Ganz besonders nettes Personal! Herausragend Tino, der immer möchte dass es einem gut geht. Sehr schöne gemütliche Einrichtung im Stil der 20er. Nette Geschichte zum Hotel.

Cons:

Wer mehr als gedimmtes Licht braucht wird sich vielleicht stören. Sonst gibt’s absolut nichts auszusetzen!
