A sofa bed as the main bed for four nights
Pros:

Conveniently located, but our family room was very disappointing. It had two single beds for the children, while the main bed was actually a sofa bed - and an extremely uncomfortable one. We eventually had to sleep with our heads at the foot end because the other way was so uncomfortable, and even then we kept sliding towards the middle. The exposed metal parts also left me with bruises. Having to sleep like this for four nights was terrible, and I really don’t understand how a hotel of this standard can offer a family room without a proper main bed.

The swimming pool was closed during our stay, and we were not offered any compensation, discount or voucher.

Soundproofing was also poor. There were some very noisy guests late at night, including children running through the corridors, and we could hear everything from our room.

On the positive side, the location was convenient and the breakfast was excellent.

Medelmåttigt hotell som inte lever upp till förväntan
Pros:

Frukosten var bra. Även läget intill Sollentuna köpcentrum uppskattade jag, lätt att kunna göra både göra ärende och äta mat.

Cons:

Dålig städning på rummet - mina använda bestick från dag ett låg kvar på rummet vid utcheckning, dag fyra! Även i duschen städades det dåligt. Anläggningen kändes allmänt sliten och trist. I damernas omklädningsrum i relaxen/gymmet på vån 8 hade inte ordentligt med insynsskydd. Man byter om/duschar i princip för hela hotellet då de fönstren vetter mot atriumgården. Gymmet var för litet och dåligt utrustat. Relaxen hade en liten kall pool som man var tvungen att boka för att nyttja vilket hämmar ens flexibilitet. När jag fick frågan vid utcheckning om jag hade haft det bra svarade jag "nja, såär faktiskt" och väntade mig att receptionisten skulle vilja ta reda på varför så att de kan förbättra sig. Istället verkad ehon obrydd och sa "Aw, vad synd". Saknade också kylskåp på rummet och pall för att lägga upp väskan.

Pros:

Šī viesnīca ir izcila, atrodas ļoti ērtā vietā pie sabiedriskā transporta un lielveikala, dažu minūšu attālumā. Brokastis ir lieliskas, ļoti garšīgas ar plašu izvēli. Personāls ir laipns un atsaucīgs, bērniem tika uzsaukti mokteiļi, iespējams bezmaksas apmeklēt baseinu, saunu un trenažierus, tāpat ir iespēja spēlēt biljardu. Ģimenes numuriņi ir plaši, ar divām istabām, vannas istabā gan vanna, gan duša atsevišķi, viss tīrs, gaišs un plašs. Kopumā teiktu, ka viesnīca ir pārdomāta, ērta un pārsniedz gaidīto.

This hotel is excellent and very conveniently located, with public transport and a supermarket just a few minutes away. The breakfast is fantastic – very tasty, with a wide variety of options.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The children were treated to complimentary mocktails, and guests can use the swimming pool, sauna and gym free of charge. There is also a pool table available.

The family rooms are spacious and consist of two separate rooms. The bathroom has both a bathtub and a separate shower. Everything is clean, bright and spacious.

Overall, I would say that the hotel is very well designed, comfortable and exceeded our expectations.

Very close to train station and have a big shopping mall very close by

Cons:

The hotel is old and have a bit messy daily cleaning service. I have asked one day ahead for a cleaning with reminds during the day but no cleaning until evening with another ask directly at the reception. A bit disappointed as I was a big fan for Scandic hotel group.

Pros:

Very spacious and cozy hotel room. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and has many food options available. Short walk to the Sollentuna Centrum shopping mall and the Sollentuna train station.

Cons:

A laundry would be useful, I feel like it's the only facility that is missing.

From the moment i came in through the doors and checking in until I checked out I was really happy.

Pros:

Good location, nice employee, good condition building and facilities, one minute away from train and bus station.

Cons:

Unsufficient number of employee of breakfast on weekends. Fast train makes high noise at night time if you keep open your window. Nothing else to say negatively.
