En strålande upplevelse
Pros:

Personalen var väldigt trevliga mot gästerna. Hjälpte till att finna och lösa ett önskemål direkt inget gnäll som det var på good morning Sollentuna även om dom egentligen inte hade tid så tog dom sig tiden att lösa det direkt. Som gäst på hotellet så förväntar man sig det.

Cons:

Några kärvande dörrar som dom lovade att åtgärda nästa dag. Men det borde inte hända pä ett bra hotell egentligen

Många val av rum personalen gjorde allt för att du skulle trivas på hotellet det uppskattar man som gäst på hotellet.

Det man skulle önska vore att dom hade Central kyla på sommaren det var väldigt varmt på rummet

Pros:

Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal! Fick väldigt bra service så fort jag hade några frågor.
Rummet var fräscht, och läget på hotellet är väldigt bra där du har nära till Sollentuna Centrum och pendeltåget in till Stockholm stad.
Kanonbra frukost! 👍

Cons:

Jättebra med gym, men kanske lite litet till storleken sett till att det kan bli trångt med tre personer där inne samtidigt.

Pros:

Receptionen hade väldigt mycket att göra när jag checkade in men möttes ändå av trevligt bemötande och omhänder tagande personal det uppskattas väldigt mycket.

Cons:

Den högra hissen vägrade gå till våning 1 troligen en trasig knapp. Ljud från korridoren när folk pratade eller rullade väskan totalt oisolerat under dörren ingen/trasig list är väl det mest troliga.

Fabulous hotel for our mini break
Nothing too much trouble for the amazing staff
Great variety for breakfast
Don’t have evening meal as we ate out every night
Right near a little shopping mall with little supermarket

Fint, rymligt rum. Rent och fräscht! Jättegod frukost med mycket att välja på. Ett stort plus är närheten till pendeltåget och gallerian.

Cons:

Dåligt med eluttag vid bäddsoffan, annars var allt mycket bra.

Jättedåligt att incheckning är satt till kl 16 = sent. Vi fick rummet tidigare för en kostnad av 200kr.
