Very disappointing stay, not worth the money
Cons:

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and absolutely not worth the money. The entire place feels impersonal and overly standardized, with no real sense of hospitality.

The staff were cold and distant, operating in a purely mechanical way, with no effort to provide meaningful assistance or useful information. Overall, it felt like guests were treated simply as transactions.

The room lacked basic amenities such as a refrigerator. When I asked about it, I was told that I had booked a “standard room”, which I find completely unacceptable. A refrigerator is not a luxury, but a basic necessity for storing food and keeping water fresh.

My stay was during the winter, however it raises a serious question about how this is handled during the summer months when temperatures are high. How is a guest expected to store food or even keep water cool? In my case, I was forced to place food outside on the window handle just to keep it cold, which is simply unreasonable for accommodation of this level.

Additionally, the room was cold and I had to go down to reception to request heating, as there was no phone in the room for direct communication. Having to go downstairs every time you need something is unacceptable.

Cleanliness was below standard. You had to request cleaning in advance, otherwise it would not be done, despite what was advertised. Even when cleaning took place, it was superficial. Towels were changed, bins were emptied and the bed was made, but the room was not properly cleaned. I also found hair in the shower and visible mold in the bathroom, which raises serious hygiene concerns.

Overall, the hotel gives the impression that guests are treated purely as a source of income rather than being genuinely welcomed. For the price paid, the experience was unacceptable.

I would never stay here again.

En pärla i Sollentuna centrum
Pros:

Läget, perfekt för närheten till mitt jobb och närheten till Centret, som för övrigt är jättetrevligt, närhet till vacker sjö. (Trevligt bibliotek i centrum också, där det t ex finns regelbundna föreläsningar, och stickcafe.) Personalen: alla trevliga och tillmötesgående. Jag blev dessutom uppgraderad till en liten suite, MED badkar, superfräscht o fint. Jättegod frukost, med perfekt havregrynsgröt, och stort urval. Saknade gingershot o chiapudding, men hade jättebråttom och kan ha missat det. Vacker miljö i lobby och restaurang. Prisvärt!! (Och nära till allmänna kommunikationer om man behöver nyttja det. Annars inte svårt att hitta parkering, som dessutom inte är dyrt.)

Confortable et adapté pour un séjour en famille
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était top tout comme les espaces de jeux pour petits et grands.
On a bien profité du sauna et de la piscine
À deux pas de la gare, l’hôtel est charmant et confortable. Le personnel est très sympathique et chaleureux.
