Fin beliggenhed og serviceminded personale. Slidt/ødelagt bruser og rengøring mangelfuld.

Rengøring af værelset. Synlige hår lå på hylde under spejl.
Sæbe og shampoo til bad stod ved håndvask sammen med håndsæbe og creme.
Håndbruserhåndtag ødelagt i porcelænsdelen.

It was wonderful and a magical place to spend our first few nights after being married

Love the staff, the art work, the comfort, the breakfast, cleanliness and all our needs were met

The hotel makes a striking first impression — its grand exterior and impressive entrance. The staff were also a highlight of the stay: consistently friendly, approachable, and happy to help with any requests.

Cons:

Pure room did not meet the same standard. The bedroom itself felt in need of some TLC, and the bathroom in particular would benefit from re-grouting, with the brass fixtures either properly polished or replaced. The mattress was a concern, as it appeared quite soiled and was only covered with a single sheet; we requested an additional sheet for extra protection. I was also surprised that there was no mattress protector in place. The pillowcases seemed to have signs of mould, which was disappointing, and the glassware in the room was marked — not obviously dirty, but not dried or presented as well as expected.

Magnificent
Pros:

Stayed in a suit with breakfast, accommodation was excellent with a lovely breakfast each morning. The Royal is as central as you can be with easy walking distance to attractions, museums, shops and bars and restaurant's.

Cons:

There is nothing you can moan about Aarhus its a wonderful city filled with very friendly people.
