Rengøring under sofaen manglede, da vores 3 årige fandt en buttplug som ikke tilhørte os😂. Den blev hurtigt smidt ud. Og ud over det var det en sublim oplevelse og fantastisk opvartning af en børnefamilie.
Remarkable atmosphere the moment you walk in!
The hotel is decorated by art pieces and beautiful vintage furniture, giving it a unique charm that blends elegance with history. Despite its classic and almost royal feel, the hotel manages to be welcoming and relaxed place that suits everyone - just as well for families with children as it does for groups looking to enjoy a night out in the city, thanks to its very convenient central location. At the same time, it’s perfect for those who simply want to indulge in a slightly more “royal” experience.
The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive.
The rooms are spacious and beautifully finished with a subtle touch of royalty. The furniture and bathroom (spacious too!) are marvelously designed, combining style and comfort. A particularly nice detail is the high-quality bathroom cosmetics by Molton Brown, which add an extra touch of luxury.
Little details throughout the hotel enhance the overall experience like the charming vintage elevator, the lovely breakfast, and the carefully curated interior all contribute to a warm and wonderful atmosphere.
Memorable stay in the heart of Aarhus.
The charming old floors can be a bit squeaky, and it’s often possible to hear guests returning to their rooms after a night out or people walking a bit heavily on the floors above or below.
The windows also do not fully block the sounds of the city. On lively evening (in our case Friday evening) especially the atmosphere from the streets of Aarhus can make its way into the room.

Maar van een 5-sterren hotel verwacht ik wel heel veel meer.
Voor de status van het hotel viel me een aantal dingen wat tegen:
Ontbijt erg beperkt. In zo'n hotel verwacht je meerdere keuzes in ontbijt variaties zoals meerdere eiergerechten. Niet standaard uit een pan.
Ook mis ik dan echt versgemaakte sappen.
Virkelig god beliggenhed. Meget venligt personale. Fremragende morgenmad.
Meget slidt. Gammelt toilet der løb hele tiden. Ene vindue fuld af fuglelort.
