Horrible, dirty
Pros:

Horrible, dirty, noisy! I’d give it minus points if possible. Dirty bed, sink, and hair in the floor and all bathroom. Barely working one elevator. Went to another hotel as soon as possible.

Good stay, but a rip off

The owner of the hotel suddenly increased prices dramatically to $300 a night when a cruise ship arrives and then it becomes ridiculous

Ok but wouldn’t go back.
Pros:

Good location. Had a shuttle to the cruise port.

Cons:

The room was as clean as one would expect. The floor was covered in laminate that was coming apart.

Ei meeldinud suhtlus...küsiti ühe öö eest tagatist ,see summa oli sama suur kui maksis see majutus. Lubati tagasi maksta aga ei ole siia maani makstud. Külastasime 14 jaanuar, jõudsime kl 16 30 sinna ja lahkusime 15 jaanuar hommi9kul kl 7 00

Pros:

The only good thing about the property was the lady that checked us she was super nice

Cons:

I didn’t like how the room were dirty and we couldn’t get another room because they were having issues with the key cards and other rooms just being dirty and it was uncomfortable going outside because there were people trying to sell us services very unsafe

Dirty, overpriced, staff disengaged.
Cons:

Dirty bathroom, 1 towel, chair all worn out, toilet flushed poorly. I HATE your policy of orechecking in. When I arrived, I had to do it all over again. Waste of time.

It was not what we expect .
Pros:

The hotel is not the same as shown on the internet.

Cons:

The first room had a spring in the mattress that came loose and scratched my husband's leg. They moved us to another room, but the beds weren't comfortable either. The mattresses are very old.
