i will not recommend this hotel.
Pros:

phone in the room not working well, volume is low, there was a lancet/small needle for Glucometer for Diabetic under the blanket 1st night. One of the staff is a bit cross when asking her. i still have pictures.

close to Airport only, thats it.

What a terrible nightmare I don't have no future booking here.

Cons:

The building homelessness conditions... The bedding never clean horrible smells on the property every where. Very bad energy haunted nightmares and the other disturbances toliet flushing slow. Total abandon not well kept.. sunken bed mattress very poor very high rates over $49 per night... extra security fees etc??.. Old stain carpet.. past due subject to change new elevators renovations steps or new building must be done. The most ruin down La Quinta hotel don't meet the criteria advertised needs to be improved schedule etc.. No free stay offer here just terrible results and yet I'm still itchy while I stay here extra problems not fixed?

Terrible service and an incredibly frustrating experience.

The person working at the front desk was extremely rude, discourteous, and had absolutely no desire to help. When I got to my room, I discovered the shower was filthy. I went back down immediately to ask them to send housekeeping or move me to another room. The receptionist, with an incredibly arrogant attitude, told me that no cleaners were available and that they were completely booked. However, just seconds later, a couple walked in asking for a room, and he gave them one right in front of my face.

Seeing this, I wanted to leave and demanded a refund back to my card. He flatly refused. I told him I hadn't even been in the room for a single minute, and he falsely claimed it had already been 10 minutes. When I argued that it was only a minute, he dismissively said, "You can leave if you want, but I cannot give you your money back."

To avoid losing my money, I was forced to stay, and I had to clean the shower and the dirty toilet myself. Extremely poor service, I absolutely do not recommend this place.
