Pros:

Es muy cercano al aeropuerto, pero falta mantenimiento de sus elevadores , muy a menudo el único elevador no servía y las personas tenían que subir por las escaleras

Cons:

Llegando olvide en el lobby mi vaso térmico , cuando regresamos de la cena, preguntamos si la había el chico de la recepción solo me dijo no tengo idea de lo que me habla , al día siguiente una señora de la misma recepción me la entregó

A localização é mto boa para quem só fará uma conexão.

Cons:

Instalações velhas e danificadas. A máquina de gelo do 2. andar não funcionava. A limpeza tbm deixou muito a desejar. Encontramos cabelos na banheira. O quarto tinha um cheiro forte e o banheiro tinha o mofo das paredes e no teto.

I want my money back!

Nothing. It was dirty. Elevators did mot work. Waffle batter was sour at breakfast. There were no washcloths for us to use. There was no telephone on room. TV did not work. Walls were dirty in room. Mildew/mold was on the walls.

I selected this location because of the reviews, wont do that again..

Cons:

The hotel says it's 100% smoke-free, yet it smelt like cigarettes and weed.
The floor in the elevates looks like it had aches in the corners. The elevators also jurked, and the doors hesitated to close when you pushed your floor..
Our TV did not work in the room when I told the front desk staff she said she would see if anyone could some fix it. When I went back down to use the microwave, I asked her again, she spoke to a person who appeared to be cleaning service and asked my room number.. NO one ever came..
There were signs stating that vending and ice were on our floor, that space was empty.Had to get ice from the 1st level when I was on the 3rd.
The airflow of the room was horrible.. We could not open the windows to get fresh air-rooms very muggy. Hug up towels to dry overnight, and they seem to be just as wet as it was when I hug them up.
Since my room was paid for in advance, I stayed. Otherwise, I would have found other accommodation.
