Room did not have cups/glasses, coffee, adequate towels, tv did not work initially, roach on the counter. Sep 14 there was a loud fight - lots of shouting - in the hallway around 2:00am and banging noises in the room near me, was afraid to leave in the morning. Stairwell doors were all propped open - seems like a fire code violation. Was afraid the elevator would stop working due to the loud noises it made. No sign on the building indicating it was a Travelodge.
good
We spoke to the manager she was very pleasant and she was courteous
They staff was very disrespectful and unkind
Breakfast was delicious.
Everything was perfect.
We've stay several times. It's gotten worse each time.
Wanda at front desk was wonderful, and the only redeeming factor, but the good ended there.
Filthy carpet in walls.
Reels of pot in the halls so badly, that my wife got dizzy just walking to the car. Hallway ceiling had several spots with damaged/missing tiles and water dripping into buckets.
Room had no trash can, only 2 towels, wet and filthy carpet, noisy AC, missing light bulbs and broken fixtures, a couple of small roaches seen, fridge not working and smelly, no coffee supplies, no soap or shampoo, door lock kept failing, Damage to ceiling by cloths rack, slippery bath mat in tub - dangerous,
Entries to building not secure - no latches on one of them at least. Vagrants all over the property. People selling cars from parking lot, pool totally trashed and has been since before Covid.Fence around it is knocked down and poses a serious safety hazard.
Bottom line - this place should be condemned.
We will not stay here again.

when i arrived they first told me i didn’t book with them rudely like i was at the wrong location, then when i asked her to type in the confirmation code my name popped up on her system but said she didn’t have any rooms left for me. i had to leave and book with the nearest hotel around
The hotel is pretty run down. Some paint peeled off the ceiling in my room and the extractor was about to fall off. The beds were comfy enough but dont look like the ones in the picture. Its ok if you need a place to sleep
Bed improperly made, tub was filthy, bathroom fan falling out, no trash can, one wash cloth and two towels, no hand soap or shampoo, carpet in room and hall was sticky, one ice machine located on third floor, pool not useable, bedside lamp broken lose from support, some spilt substance on shelf, insect in room.
This hotel was terrible. People screaming all night, people up stairs we dancing in there room all night, staff was very rude, the maintenance guy was terrible and cursed at us. I will never stay at this place again.
This hotel needs to be torn down and turned into something else at this point. It is absolutely God awful. My room A/C didn't even work it was hot as hell in there. My water in the tub wouldn't stop running and it was stained. The room was not cleaned properly it was just a terrible experience I checked out before way before time.
Everyone
The lobby was real dirty. If I have to go back I will not be staying here .
The A/C unit in 226 gets really cold quick! We also appreciated the sweet housekeeping girl that helped us get some of the things we needed in order to be safe.
Front Desk didn't know what they were doing and continued to give other guests the key to our room. After 3 different people opening the door to our room, we kept the hard lock on the door at all times to avoid additional strangers in our room. After witnessing prostitution and drug activities going on at this hotel we WILL NOT ever be back. The first room we were given 207 the A/C was broken. We were then given 226, apparently when we were moved to 226 it wasn't updated in the computer so multiple guests were assigned 226. Our room keys continued to be deactivated when others were assigned to our room. During my 5 day/night stay there was only 2 staff members that were friendly and cared enough to try to help my 8 month pregnant daughter and myself. The room was really dark and dingy since there was only ONE light bulb in the entire room. I did ask for additional light bulbs the first night when we arrived. none was provided, housekeeping did come to clean our room once during our stay, and the sweet young lady that cleaned our room cared enough to listen to our complaints and concerns and notified maintenance to bring us a few light bulbs, and she had maintenance bring an additional chair to our room for me to sit at the dirty sticky desk instead of sitting on the edge of the bed and pulling the heavy desk to the bed so I could work remotely for 9 hours a day 4 of the 5 days I was a guest at the TravelLodge (Old LaQuinta) the chair was not an office chair with wheels, it was a stationary chair but I accepted it and was warned by housekeeping to please Lysol the chair and put a towel over it before I sat in it to work. I could go on and on, about other guests yelling, screaming, arguing, in the halls, the TV in our room was STUCK on Spanish, the Remote control didn't work, we couldn't watch TV the entire duration of our stay.
Can't say anything
First issue is this is NOT the name of the hotel now, which made it a little difficult to find. The second issue was even though multiple windows were drawn open at 10pm, the front desk staff said they fully booked. I can't even say if the person at the front desk was even a worker or a worker able to book rooms because when we walked in another young lady said she was just sitting there until someone else came back. The lady that came back asked if we had a reservation, which we did, but I think she was hoping that we didn't. Because then said said they were booked...which was clearly a lie and I could only see the front of the hotel, I'm sure there were tons of open windows in the back. It was late and cold and we were tired. We were forced to find somewhere else to go AND have to wait for Booking to release my money. This was the worst.
Cancel reservation they did not even have my room ordered a suite. Staff told me that the suites were down for over a year and that owner doesn’t like to fix anything so we did not stay there. Very disgusting and disturbing.
