4 day stay, trash never emptied, clean linens not restocked even after requested, green water in pool, exercise room with out of order equipment, bathroom fixtures almost non operational, overall musty smell.
Room very roomy
We really enjoyed are stay. The pet area was clean. And the parking was easy. The staff was wonderful.
Didn’t appreciate the very unpleasant smell entering Room #108.
Recommend airing out the room with added air fresheners. & Replacing the AC filters!!!!
The smallest shortest toilet I’ve ever seen! Very hard to get down onto and up off of.
Sink and toilet drain really slow!
Room was very clean with king bed. Diffently family friendly atmosphere we enjoyed. Just wish the hot tub had been working.
Room was very clean and pretty modern with a good couch . The front desk clerk was very courteous. Very close to Astoria, and convenient stores nearby.
We had a very dirty room, parking lot was unsafe, hot tub was closed, we asked to change rooms and they could not offer a different room, so we canceled our reservation and they would not waive the cancellation fee (1 night stay). Terrible expirience.

It was fine. The check-in person was GREAT! I picked this hotel because it was dog friendly and was close to Longbeach without being directly in Longbeach.
Smelling
The place is old and smells like mold. For $250 I expect quite a bit more. Staff were nice and it was as clean as an ancient relic of a hotel could be. Needs a serious remodel or price reduction.
We didn’t have hand towels or wash clothes in the room and both rolls of toilet paper were almost empty.
For what we paid this place was run down, less than clean, and disappointing. Pool was gross, hot tub was closed, shower felt like you might fall through the floor. I’d only stay here if it’s your only option. The people were nice and helpful though.
It worked well for us to stay here and fish fri. The Hammond dock
Very unclean out dated and disgusting. Fruit flies everywhere in the room outside of the room hall way garbage’s infested with fruit flies. Only a matter of time until this place gets shut down!
This is a VERY old hotel. Nothing has been updated. Things looks dirty because they are old. Wifi is terrible. Rooms were clean but terrible beds.
No breakfast. The room was a decent size and appeared to be larger than the average room. There was a kitchenette which was useful. Unfortunately it was dirty inside the hotel with fruit flies, not just inside the hotel room, but also in the hallways and in the lobby area. The remote to the tv didn’t work well and the batteries died. The fitness center was a disaster with just about everything being broken. The pool was extremely dirty at the bottom. There was 1 staff that we saw and she was kind.
Used to be a great place to stay.
