la habitacion no tenia bata ni zapatillas de levantarse, los dispensadores del baño, shampoo, acondicionador, jabon, no funcionaban bien, se quedaban pegados y no salia el producto.

Comfortable, good value hotel in excellent location in Lima
Pros:

Staff was friendly, super helpful at all times. Everything was really well organised; neither check in nor check out took more than 5 minutes. The breakfast was well organised, even in times of high affluence, it was always well supplied, it had healthy options as well as vegeterian or carnivore meals. Also counted with a nice supply of different types of bread, juices and sweet breads. A special note about the barman and the waitress in the breakfasts (Carolaine), she's extra friendly! The room was well supplied, it has a Nespresso machine and I am not a coffee lover and went to ask for warm water for my tea and they offered a kettle, and in the same way, if you forget a toiletry, they supply. Our entire stay was marked by the positive attitude of the staff to attend us well (a big thank you!). The room, same as the rest of the hotel are impeccable clean. Regarding the location: restaurants, cafés or other shops are at walking distance. The area is super safe and it's very pleasant to walk around. There's also a lovely market nearby and a park full of places to eat their amazing food!

Cons:

Not much really: the room looked a bit oldish and even if the pool was warmed up, it was a bit coldish. I wish it could have been an indoor pool.

Excellent , Bell boys and staff were super helpful.

did not have breakfast included.

Cons:

I had to pay USD $30 extra for my room , because I had ticked one person per room , rather than 2 for my room and one for my daughter. Not having breakfast included I felt this was not appropriate.
