Excelente precio-calidad en el corazón de Miraflores
Pros:

El hotel tiene una ubicación privilegiada, a pasos de excelentes restaurantes y a una distancia razonable del Malecón. Respecto de las instalaciones, se nota que lo han estado remodelando, lamentablemente cuando fuimos la piscina estaba en mantenimiento (lo que para nosotros fue una decepción importante), pero tienen una zona de bar bastante buena y el restaurante solo lo probamos para el desayuno (que creo que el horario es un poco estrecho hasta las 10:00). Las primeras 3 noches estuvimos en la habitación “Suite superior”, realmente increíble - espaciosa y con jacuzzi privado- todo impecable, con aguas embotelladas y café espresso de cortesía en la habitación, además de pequeños detalles como batas y pantuflas. Sin embargo, al querer extender nuestra estancia 1 noche más, inicialmente nos dijeron que no había problema, pero luego nos tuvimos que cambiar a otra habitación dado que iban a hacer mantenimiento de todas las piezas con jacuzzi.

Cons:

La última noche que estuvimos fue en una pieza “Habitación Premium” en que lamentablemente se escuchaba todo el ruido del pasillo y de la pieza de arriba, lo que dificultó nuestro dormir.
Creo que el horario del desayuno debiera ser hasta las 11:00, dado que actualmente es hasta las 10:00, pero te regañan si llegas a las 09:30.

Piscine fermee alors que pas prevenu, personne a accueil qui nous reclame un prix different de celui annoncé par booking, personne a accueil qui nous a " commandé" un taxi demandé la veille du jour du depart , qui n'est pas venu et qui nous a obligé a attendre 15 mns un autre taxi alors que nous avions notre avion pour retour en France... pb au niveau de la formation??? personnel en salle de dejeuners parfait !

Inolvidable.
Pros:

Cada uno de los detalles que tuvieron por nuestro aniversario y por mi cumpleaños. Además: Las instalaciones de lujo. El desayuno realmente es una experiencia, tiene una gran variedad y todo exquisito y el servicio de otro nivel, personal cálido y muy amable.
