Comfort, service and security in Miraflores.
Pros:

Great location. The hotel is a little dated in style, but in the best possible way, offering the comfort, solidity, and professionalism of a traditional high-end hotel. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, with an excellent bed and high-quality bedding. Thanks to the double glazing, I slept exceptionally well. Breakfast offered a good variety, including freshly cooked eggs and bacon made to order. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel's airport taxi service was also an excellent choice and made for a smooth and convenient departure. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Pros:

Desde que llegamos en la madrugada nos recibieron muy bien, sabían perfecto quienes eramos y nos felicitaron por nuestro aniversario. El personal muy atento, nunca nos falto nada, nos ayudaron a resolver todas nuestras dudas siempre con la mejor disposición. Nos sorpendieron con un regalo por nuestro aniversario. El desayuno muy variado y rico, con variedad de opción de huevo (en todas sus formas). Usamos el gimnasio y estaba bien equipado, contaba con toallas también. Estaba cerca de todo caminable, supermercados, Parque del Amor, Parque Kennedy, Larcomar.

Cons:

Nada, nos fuimos muy contentos y lo recomendamos 100%.

One of the better hotels in Lima
Pros:

Very comfortable rooms with free Wifi in an unbeatable location in Lima. The service provided by porters was impeccable (thanks to Roberto and his colleagues!) Breakfast had many options for all tastes.

Cons:

Check in (both times) was incredibly slow when we were so tired and just wanted to check into our rooms. The coffee at breakfast was almost unpotable and they charged extra for espresso drinks. Laundry service was outrageously expensive.

MUY BUENA UBICACION
Pros:

El personal de la entrada al Hotel muy amables y gentiles en atender las consultas.
El desayuno super rico y muy variado, solo recomiendo que para la maraton de Lima puedan tener considerado una colacion o abrir un poco antes para maratonistas y familias, seria una atencion muy valorada.

Cons:

Que para el dia del maraton no pudimos tomar desayuno con mi familia.
