Have in mind that there will be a 6% of administrative expenses that will not be refund.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. Every staff member was so helpful, especially Luana, Yomer, and Logan! Everyone made sure I had everything I needed. Definitely a must-stay when in Lima.
The staff was super-friendly, and it was quiet. So many hotels are too noisy. The breakfast buffet was excellent, lots of tasty choices!
The coffee maker was a little hard to use and get used to. The instructions (in English) could have been better.

En las habitaciones (estuve en 4) se sentía muy fuerte el ruido, en algunas proveniente del interior (equipos exteriores de aire acondicionado sin mantenimiento, muy ruidosos) y en otras del exterior (ventanas no aislaban el ruido)
