La atención del personal es excelente, se preocupan por atender de la mejor manera a cada huésped de una forma personalizada, lo cual hace que el servicio suba en calidad. Asimismo, la ubicación central del hotel hace que sea fácil llegar a cualquier parte del eje cafetero y los hermosos paisajes que tiene este departamento y por lo cual es muy visitado. Quiero recomendar el hotel por la atención sobretodo.

Me gustó la ubicación ya que esta cerca de varios sitios de interés como Salento, valle de Cocora, Circasia entre otros. Lugar muy agradable propio para relajarse y apartarse de la vida cotidiana.
Por ser un lugar muy campestre hay presencia de bichos.

Las instalaciones eran geniales, piscina, jacuzzi, billar, de todo. Salones y habitaciones amplios y cómodos, y rodeado de campo y animales. Manuel muy simpático y atento, un placer habernos quedado en Casa Caballero
Lo mas especial de este hotel es su staff, comenzando por el Sr. Manuel, siguiendo con Maria la chica que limpia y cada uno de los empleados son super serviciales y amigables.
La presión del agua en la ducha es baja.
La atención de Manuel fue extraordinaria. El lugar es como un pequeño paraíso, las zonas comunes son amplias y cómodas. Y el jacuzzi se agradece después de un día de turismo.
Las instalaciones, sobre todo la fontanería, necesitarían un repaso.
Al estar en el campo, los insectos suelen estar presentes.
La amabilidad del personal, la vista, la ubicación, los servicios prestados. Cerca de todo!

The Casa is immaculately maintained and has wonderful views. You are looked after from arrival to departure by Manuel who is always available.

Además, el lugar como tal es divinooo, tiene unas vistas increíble y la decoración tradicional y rústica del hotel nos encanto, lo mantienen súper limpio y bien organizado. El desayuno también es delicioso, hecho en casa y súper completo.

In addition , it's a beautiful place to stay for a few nights with amazing landscapes to wake up to.
The place is beautiful, close to Salento, Cocora and Filandia. The people who work there are really friendly and attentive. Manuel is the best!
