We loved the hospitality, customer service was excellent and good food
I liked everything
At first , Manuel is amazing ! He has helped me to get the best feeling for my stay there , asked every time if everything is good and if I need anything .
In addition , it's a beautiful place to stay for a few nights with amazing landscapes to wake up to.
The place is beautiful, close to Salento, Cocora and Filandia. The people who work there are really friendly and attentive. Manuel is the best!
This place only really works if you have your own transportation.
Ubicación excepcional. Personal atento y servicial.
If you enjoy being in the countryside this is a great choice. The hotel grounds are beutiful and the view from the back of the hotel is amazing. This is a good place if you don't mind having lunch and dinner nearby, as you can only get breakfast in the hotel. We always had lunch and dinner in Filandia or Salento. The hotel is around 7 min from Circasia and the main plaza there is kind of cute to have a good coffe late in the afternoon. The best part is Manuel the hotel manager, he was very helpful and made our stay very special. He would go out of his way to help.
Breakfast need it more fruit
Need more food for breakfast
Location was very beautiful, swimming pool, hot tubs very nice. Breakfast was very good, quiet and very relaxing at night time. Great time.
The property itself you need to have a car. No restaurants at the property itself ,so if you don’t have your own vehicle, it is quite a distance to find somewhere to eat or to buy beer, water, or any food.
Friend recommendation
Loved everything, but the attention to detail from the staff to make sure your stay is pleasant it’s was unbelievable.
Nice sunset
The property is far away from everything. I think the last time it was maintained had to be in the 80’s. At night there’s allot of mosquitos. The pool was really cold and at the front was 2 dogs that attacked me when i went for my running routine. I paid for 5 nights and had to leave on the second night. Very bad experience for me and my family. Plus they said y didnt show up while i stayed there 2 nights. Very bad experience
Beautiful property with beautiful views.
This is a very poorly run hotel with an owner who lives far away and isn’t present, many things don’t function properly, the breakfast is very mediocre. The staff are super friendly and nice, the owner is a different story.
Beautiful surroundings, lovely hotel, extremely friendly and helpful staff (Maria and Christina in particular). The rooms are also lovely with big comfy beds, we slept like babies. Breakfast in the morning was nice and the pool area and views are splendid.
We only stayed one night but we wish we had spent more nights here instead of the two other hotels we went to in the area, definitely worth the stay and highly recommended!
The only thing we felt could have been improved was to perhaps provide locks on the room doors. We never felt our possessions were at risk but it’s always reassuring to be able to lock your bedroom door.
Beautiful house and grounds. Gringos not particularly welcomed. Property not touched (including the plumbing) since the 80’s. Overall the Colombian nature and scenery made our 4 days enjoyable but don’t expect western hotel standards. It is well signposted, there is a restaurant and we found Wi-Fi to be perfectly adequate but no frills. Eggs for breakfast (fresh), couple of choices for dinner. Didn’t bother to provide towels for pool or cushions for chairs. Nor any housekeeping for the stay. No fridge or toiletries in rooms.
Overall bit pricey for what it was. Luckily Colombian nature tipped the balance for us.
No effort made and not particularly welcoming. I’m sure there are better places to stay for the money. Plumbing a disgrace.
