Pros:

The location was great, in a quite area close to Špindlerův Mlýn. I appreciate that it was quite and relaxing, the views were amazing. The staff very helpful and always ready to provide an excellent stay. The food was excellent, both for breakfact and dinner - totally recommend dinner/breakfast with a view.

A Wonderful Stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay in a spacious, clean, and well-equipped apartment. The entire team was incredibly friendly and helpful. We especially loved the beautiful wellness area and the bowling alley. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful, but too expensive
Pros:

It is a beautiful hotel that reminds you of a farm with animals, situated on a mountain with a beautiful view. There is also a bowling alley which apparently costs money. The wellness spa is amazing and free of charge. Keep in mind that you do have to reserve a spot for the spa and bowling in advance. The place is a few minutes' drive from the center, so a car is necessary. We took an apartment that was very spacious, clean, and functional. However, there is no AC and no elevator.

The view is amazing. But that's about it.

Cons:

I did not know that to enjoy the pool you need to make a reservation before.
The pool is quite small and the temperature is not warm as expected. The kids said it was cold.
The staff at the cafe was not nice at all, to the point that I asked the waitress "is everything ok?" and then she was bit nicer.
There is no AC and it was hot in the apartment. The building of the apartments has weird smell. I thought at this price I was coming to something much better. There is no food after 9pm and nowhere near to buy any food. Take this into considerations. Even all restaurants nearby close their kitchen at 9pm. I was disappointed that at the hotel there was no possibility to buy food or snacks after 9pm. At first I cancelled my booking and even though it was supposed to be free cancellation I was fully charged. They wrote to me to send them my bank details to send me back the money but still this was very annoying.

מיקום מצויין, קרוב לעיירה אך בטבע, הדירה מאובזרת ונעימה, סלון רחב למפגש משפחתי, נוף מקסים, ארוחת בוקר מצויינת. המסעדה בערב גם מעולה.

Cons:

החדר הנוסף, הינו עליית גג, ולא ממש חדר, החלון בו בקושי נפתח ובימים חמים אין אפשרות לישון שם.
