Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Tranquilidad y limpieza.
Pros:

La comida es muy buena. Todo lo que hemos comido allá en su restaurante estaba delicioso. Lo mejor: las pizzas. Los desayunos que ofrecen muy buenos, y hay opciones para escoger.

Cons:

No me gustó: no tenían agua embotellada ninguno de los 4 días que estuvimos alojados. me explicaron que era porque el proveedor les había fallado con el pedido. Aunque fueron muy amables y nos surtían con jarras de agua para la habitación. Tuvimos que ir nosotros al pueblo a surtirnos de botellas de agua.

La atención, las personas fueron muy atentas y aunque no habia frozen en la carta nos prepararon uno.

Las almoadas no eran muy cómodas o probablemente la cama. Se fue el agua durante unos 15 min mientras me bañaba

Pros:

Muy bonito hotel para calidad - precio. Nos dejaron hacer el check in mucho mas temprano de lo que correspondía. El desayuno y el almuerzo estuvieron muy buenos

Los baños de las áreas comunes no tenían jabón, y la señal telefónica y el internet se perdia en las habitaciones

The area is beautiful, the people are nice, but the service and amenities were disappointing.
Pros:

Area is very nice and the sunsets are amazing!

Cons:

- The beds were not very comfortable
- we had a bungalow, but had to spend most of the time in the lobby to access wifi
- snacks in the fridge were expired
- when ordering food, it took extremely long to get a menu, long to get our drinks, to get food. The whole dining experience was not great
- bathrooms (in the room and lobby area) did not have soap. We asked for some and ended up waiting very long and they never refilled them anyway.
- the beach has many rocks, we had to walk down the shore to find an area without rocks
