Freundliche Reaktion auf die Reklamation, aber deutliche Mängel bei Sauberkeit, Zustand und Sorgfalt
Pros:

Positiv war, dass auf meine Beanstandung reagiert und mir ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt wurde.

Cons:

Das erste Zimmer wies leider deutliche Mängel bei Sauberkeit und Zustand auf. Der Teppich hatte mehrere sichtbare Flecken und im Duschbereich waren Fugen und Anschlüsse stark verfärbt; außerdem nahm ich dort einen sehr starken modrigen bzw. schimmelartigen Geruch wahr. Nach dem Zimmerwechsel war der Geruch zwar deutlich schwächer, allerdings zeigten auch im zweiten Zimmer einige Fugen ähnliche Auffälligkeiten. Beim Frühstück befand sich zudem ein großes Stück Eierschale in meinem zubereiteten Ei.

Very cozy small hotel in residential part of the city
Pros:

Spacious rooms with good beds and very helpful and polite staff. Restaurant within the hotel has amazing food. It is walking distance from my favorite places in town like Kalenic pijaca and Boulevard

Bathroom would benefit some renovation

Pros:

This was my second stay here, and I would definitely stay again. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the location is really convenient, with easy access to public transport into the city centre. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection to start the day. Overall, another very enjoyable stay!
