Location ,location ,location is just what you need to stay .
Long waiting time for breakfast ,empty buffet plates , due to really not many staff doing everything at once,, overwellmed by the amount of guests. Worse I have ever seen in many hotels I have stayed .. they really need to hire more staff .

The floor in the room is everyday dirty. The room didn't even have slippers, which were necessary.
Sehr nettes Personal, superzentrale Lage. Sehr sauber. Wer mit Auto kommt: die Tiefgarage ist zwar 2,10 hoch, aber sehr eng. Mit einer V-Klasse nichts für Ungeübte. Preis war recht hoch, aber die Lage entschädigt. Sehr hundefreundlich. Gutes Frühstück.

Eran tres camas individuales cómodas, con espacio suficiente y una banca para poner las maletas a los pies de cada cama. Una mesa cómoda y tres sillas . Con un buen baño, limpio y bien provisto de toallas y amenities. Había café rico en la pieza.

הייתי כמה פעמים במלון. גם הפעם היה מושלם. הצוות בקבלה נהדר, האישה בכניסה לחדר האוכל אדיבה, והפעם חייב לציין את הבחור שמכין את החביתות. היה סבלני והגייני והכי חשוב, את החביתות המוכנות הוא משאיר לידו ולא על מדף השירות.

Rooms are very small and the noise between rooms the voice is very clear
As usual, we like the location, the professional staff, and the breakfast. We stay here every year and are satisfied with the facilities and responsiveness of the staff. Breakfast is great, from the ability to make a salad to the omelette chef.
For the first time ever, we ended up in a vaguely bizarre room. Don't know if it was because of the way I booked--through booking.com instead of through the NH website--but we ended up on the ground floor in a peculiar hallway with a set of stairs in the middle of the hallway, which was unwieldy with our luggage. The room also faced Spuistraat, which is definitely not quiet. We were woken up by a car blaring its horn, could hear all the people on the street. it was definitely our least favorite room of all the times we've stayed there. Make sure you ask not to get a ground floor room.
