The location was excellent. The housekeeping service people were so helpful and attentive and friendly. The receiving staff were very helpful and attentive. The hotel had water refilling stations which was so convenient. Nice touch. Breakfast had a lot of choices. It had great access for handicapped.

Otelin temizliği, konumu, ulaşılabilirliği ve rahatlığı çok iyiydi. Amterdam'ı tam kalbinde ve hissederek yaşamamızı sağlayan bir otel oldu. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik.
I always stay at this hotel for the past two years, due to location and friendly staff.
The A/C in our room was not working. Front desk said they were going to check it out and never did. They offered a fan, but we were headed out that day. We opened the windows but the noise was crazy.
Poor check in service, poor restaurant service, overpriced, poor features, unhelpful.

Good location
Not a lot of “pizzazz” for what you pay. Very plain and missing a lot. For example. No water bottles in the room. Just an empty bottle which they tell you to fill yourself.

Location was superb, right in the centre of Amsterdam, and the room was nice with a beautiful view of the canal. We also liked the breakfast

The location amazing cosy atmosphere, the room is very cute with a nice view of the river. The receptionist upon checking was very friendly aswell!!
