Good experience at NH city centre Amsterdam.
Pros:

Good location, very central to activities, Nice environment, clean rooms, though smaller than what the pictures looked like.. warm friendly staff. Sri was very nice and engaging.

Pros:

Expansive, low quality service, hotel employees are acting nice but unhelpful.

The worst NH hotel we ever stayed.
Unprofessional customer service, worst room service we experience in the last 4 years. Only one Indonesian lady at the buffet entrance was truly helpful and professional. The property was located in the city center and it was very loud all day or night long.

Excellent Location and Friendly Staff
Pros:

Location is really good in the city center and less than 7 minutes walk from the central station, staff are friendly and special thank you to Sai who always welcomed us with warming smile and readiness to help over breakfast

Hotel staff are excellent providing a wonderful customer experience
Pros:

Great location, attentive staff, I had an issue which was very quickly resolved. Bar staff very helpful with drink choice. Transfer organised by Reception at very short notice. Umbrellas to rent for a few euros. Comfortable beds, clean rooms - very impressed.
