Pros:

Ruhiges Zimmer, gute Lage mit ÖPNV ganz in der Nähe, freundliches und kompetentes Personal, sauberes Zimmer, umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet.

Nice week long stay for both business and as a personal visit
Pros:

Bright clean rooms that appear well maintained. The front desk and breakfast staff were both helpful and friendly. I liked the location close to the U1 and the donaucentrum shopping center.

Cons:

Wear earplugs when sleeping as the street noise can be loud at night. The AC was disabled (springtime) so ventilation is opening windows.

It will be still my favorite Hotel!
Pros:

When in Vienna, I always go to this hotel and this time we have been 10 people - family and friends. They all like the Hotel and everything.
The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean.

Cons:

It was my first time during my staying there, that having breakfast at 9:30am the lady serving at the breakfast, not only that couldn't speak the English language, but when I asked for boiled eggs (as the the basket was empty) the answer was: It is finished!!! (the breakfast was until 10am)
Even the cleaning lady didn't come the day that I signed on the requested time.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und das Bett außerordentlich bequem. Alles war pikobello sauber und gepflegt.

Cons:

Ich kann eigentlich über nichts klagen. Die Rühreier beim Frühstück waren etwas trockener, als es mir gefällt, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Das ihr überhaupt ein Frühstücksbuffet anbietet, finde ich top!

Zimmer war geräumig und die Betten bequem, Stil des Hotels gefällt mir, gute Lage, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Das passwortfreie W-Lan war unterirdisch, auch auf Nachfrage und Freigabe des passwortgeschützten W-Lans keine Besserung, wer das dringend braucht, hat wirklich ein Problem. Zudem war die Rezeption so gut wie nie besetzt, keine Fragen zur Stadt möglich und auch der Check-out komplett kontaktlos.
