Бронировать этот отель можно только от безысходности, как было у нас, очень очень плохие условия

Понравилось только месторасположение, сразу на пляже, и пляж шикарный

И еще из положительного - сотрудник отеля очень оперативно отвечали в переписке

Cons:

Очень маленькие и старые домики, ремонт не делали очень много лет, все ржавое, краска облазит, душ протекает со всех сторон, с горячей водой проблемы - она не горячая и напор слабый, полотенца серые, старые и их мало, уборка плохая, завтраки очень скудные и однотипные. Я так рада, что мы прожили здесь всего 2 ночи и уехали в другой, отличный отель. Интернет можно поймать только на ресепшен и он очень медленный, в домиках он не ловился, на 1 минуты только и отваливался надолго. Работать невозможно. На ресепшен делали вид, что первый раз это слышат и обязательно исправят, но интернет так и не появился

Откуда такие высокие оценки у этой гостиницы, ума не приложу

Très agréable resort sur l'une des plus belles plages de Koh Rong.
Pros:

Idéalement situé sur la magnifique plage de Long Set, le Scarlet Sails affiche un très bon niveau de prestations.
L'accès se fait par la promenade qui s'étire tout le long de la plage avec ses hébergements et restaurants. La piscine est parfaite.
Le petit déjeuner est très complet.
L'offre de restauration est suffisante avec un bon rapport qualite/prix.
Les logements sont majoritairement situés au calme, en retrait.
Le personnel est très agréables et les services permettent de découvrir les petits trésors de Koh Rong.

Cons:

Tout était parfait.

L emplacement face à la mer

Cons:

L' Hotel + chambre très vétuste. Tout est à refaire, pas propre, ne mérite pas 4* prix tres élevé des chambres par rapport à la vétusté de l hôtel. Les photos du site ne correspondent pas à la réalité

La piscine, l'emplacement de l'hôtel.

Cons:

L'état général du logement, des trous dans les murs, l'évier bouché, les logements auraient besoin d'être rénovés entièrement, vraiment pas à la hauteur pour le prix payé. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Extrêmement cher pour la qualité
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait sur la plage principale
La piscine est propre et à bonne température
Le personnel est très accueillant et bienveillant

Cons:

La chambre est vétuste, la climatisation fuit, la salle de bain mérite des travaux, la porte d’entrée n’est pas sécurisée et toute sorte d’insectes peuvent rentrer ( du moustique au gecko)
Le ménage n’est pas fait correctement (trace d’insectes écrasés sur les rideaux et murs)
Le petit dej est infesté de mouches volants sur les plats, je n’ai pu y retourner.

Pour le prix de la nuit l’hôtel est vraiment pas au niveau.

L'hôtel est délabré, les photots reflètent un environnement plus neuf que l'état réel.
A notre arrivée nous avons été logé dans un bungalow, ce qui ne correspondrait pas.aux photos sur le site. En découvrant l'etat de propreté des draps ainsi que celle.de la salle de bain, le personnel a répondu favorablement à nous donner la chambre qui semblait correspondre aux photos.
Nous découvrons une salle de bain plus adéquate, mais des fils électroniques sortent des murs. La chambre est comme pas finie.
S'en est trop, nous partageons notre mécontentement à la réception. Nous sommes relogé dans une chambre type familiale. Soulagé d'avoir une chambre plus convenable, nous nous installons. Toutefois, 2 jours plus tard nous découvrons des blattes dans la salle.de bains. Nous le mentionnons à la réception qui fait appel aux femmes de ménage pour sprayer la salle de bain d'un produit spécial et nous laissent au cas ou. Produit, que nous reutiliserons les 3 jours restants.
Bien que nous avons adoré l'île et apprécié la réactivité du personnel, l'état délabré et la présence sur 3 jours de blattes ne nous a pas permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour sur koh rong et aurions préféré profitez d'un hotel dans un meilleur état.

Sijainti oli hyvä. Lähellä rantaa ja ravintoloita. Siisti ranta.

Cons:

Ensimmäinen yö jouduimme olemaan eri huoneissa mistä olimme sopineet . Nämä osa huoneista haisi enemmän tai vähemmän homeelle. Sängyt ja tyynyt kehnot. Uima-altaassa repsotti lapusta johdot. Aamupala niukka lapsille.

Overall a great place to stay.
Pros:

Food was great. staff were very friendly and helpful. BBQ was wonderful. Spa was good. location was perfect. Service was excellent.

Cons:

The bathroom wasn't great. It had some mold. The shower was difficult to get the right temperature.

Great stay at Scarlet Sails Resort
Pros:

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, quality food and range of options, fantastic location next to the beach, great swimming pool, comfortable room cleaned each day. Dinner tables on the beach.

Cons:

The gym was very poor. Hardly any equipment and not looked after. It would be better not to advertise it. It has a great location overlooking the pool and could be very good with a small amount of investment.
