Très bonne emplacement devant une belle plage. Les chambres bungalow sont petites, mal équipées et meubles très anciens.

Linge de lit ancien , sale et troué, pareil pour les serviettes. Travaux à côté des bungalow, très désagréables.

Great location, poor accommodation.
Pros:

The location was perfect next to bars and restaurants. The beach across from the resort is amazing.

Cons:

This is not even close to being worth the money. The price we paid for the low season for this standard is insane.
The whole place is run down and needs a lot of work.
The gym is terrible. The sun beds are mouldy and dirty.
The shower in the room is awful, you have to hold the shower head or it will spray the whole bathroom.
We were given towels with stains and bed sheets with holes.
The breakfast is not good and the restaurant is overpriced for the standard of food being served.

The swimming pool and location on the beach were great. Staff was also very friendly. They communicated clearly and solved any problem we faced.

Cons:

Keeping rooms clean on an island with great humidity is not easy. Good to see renovations were going on.

Staff were friendly and location on Longset beach is ideal.

However, and a BIG however, I feel very annoyed and tricked. For the price you pay, the facilities and room is appalling. The photos on booking.com are totally misleading. I have included photos of the real, actual condition of the sun loungers and the bed bug we found on arriving in our second room. (The first room we asked to be moved from as it was literally right next to construction noise). We then got moved to a third room which was better. But for the money, the standards are way too low here. Check Google maps for more accurate, realistic reviews on this resort. Something I wish I had done on hindsight. My wife and I stayed for a week and were very disappointed. Definitely not value for money. The whole place needs a major makeover.

Excellent Staff Service
Pros:

Our stay was relaxing from start to finish. One of the lights in the bathroom stopped working during the night. After informing the front desk, maintenance arrived very quickly and replaced it. The staff apologized kindly, and everything was back to normal in no time. We loved the swimming pool, the beach, and the refreshing drinks at the bar. Very Good Breakfast
