Pros:

Nothing on the website is similar to the actual hotel.Wrong picture,wrong name,I had to ask people who lived near the so called hotel to ask for the hotel but to no avail.Because no buddy knows any hotel with that name in that location.When I call the hotel nobody answered my calls or called me back.So I had to book another hotel after spending more than 3 hours waiting.I am disappointed that Expedia putting this kind of scam on the website.

Overpromised and underdelivered
Pros:

The photos do not give an accurate impression of the property. It was probably quite imposing when it was new but the outside is now very scruffy. The hotel is difficult to find, it does not look like a hotel ad there are no signs. There is a large sign for a betting shop across the front of the building.
There is no lift and the hotel has many floors. The only breakfast offered was matoke and rice from 0930 am.
Staff were friendly and helpful and made every attempt to keep the hotel clean but the decor is dated and shabby.
The biggest problem by far is the noise from the main road and the all night night club making it impossible to sleep.
Won't be going there again.

To avoid. Absolutely. No star in fact.
Pros:

Catastrophic. Pictures do not Real. Lies about all inclusive . Nothing exist (services , breakfast etc ).Very Very noisy and dirty. Clients service of Expedia had thé best and called thé manager . Lie After lie , it was a calamity.
