I will not stay here again.

The location and the renovations.

Cons:

The breakfast before the renovations at this location use have two waffle makers. One mini four count Disney character waffles and the other one was a full size Belgian waffle maker. Both waffles makers were not there. Therefore, I was disappointed with the cold boiled eggs, bread slices, and oatmeal.

Also I tried to wash and dry my clothes at the on site laundry room. The washer worked fine but the dryer took my money. I let the front desk know but nothing was done. I even sent an email to the manager but did not hear any response. Nor did I get my eight quarters back.

Pictures are not what it seems

The staff was friendly, the free parking and breakfast

Cons:

After you get off the elevator you go into this outdated hallway into your outdated room that was painted over to make it look nice. As soon as you enter it smells so humid and the room is actually super humid, the bathroom was bad too, the shower looked dirty.

Pros:

The shuttle only goes to universal once at 8:00 then shuttle back is at 5:30. You will be ubering back and forth. Aside from that it was worth the money we paid.
