We had a great stay at Karam House & recommend it for others looking at this price-range. We were greeted warmly, the room was clean & comfortable, the shower had hot water and it was just a couple of minutes walk to some great (cheap & tasty) places to eat or the bus to Petra/Wadi Rum, & 5 mins walk to the beach. Although the WiFi didn't really work in the bedroom, there was a sitting area in our room & the WiFi worked well there - so no inconvenience at all.

Stayed one night alone at Karam House in a huge, clean and modern room. Struggled with hot water but on checkout the lady said I had been doing something wrong - check with them if it doesn’t work! The location is near to the beach and restaurants and bars, but it is in the middle of lots of furniture shops/scrapyards - odd location for a hotel but safe nonetheless. Staff were helpful with Aqaba recommendations too. All in all - good value stay!

We loved this hotel. The gentleman who is usually at the front desk was extremely helpful. He helped us find some electrical outlet adapters after we had left ours behind on a bus. He also knew where we could purchase some 9 Volt batteries, something no commonly used in Jordan. He also provided us a great map showing us where we could find almost anything we desired. The room was really great and the bathroom was too. The elevator was very fast and wonderful. This hotel is located in a quiet but convenient location.

Excellent service, very helpful reception staff that advised us on local food options and pointed us towards a very nice beach nearby. Very happy with the stay overall.

My friends and I had a nice stay here. We had a late check-in that didn't go very smoothly because of some issues with the original room (it was boiling hot), but the man on night-shift was very helpful and put us in another room. He was very gracious to us obnoxious American college kids and was there to help any time we needed anything.

Attention aux prises qui ne sont pas toute adaptées à leurs appareils.

La télécommande du climatiseur n’est pas accessible, nous avons un interrupteur pour allumer ou éteindre.

This hotel was a miss from start to finish. Upon checking in, the man at the front desk demanded payment even though we had already paid through Expedia. Once we got that sorted out, we got to our room and it felt like a sauna. There was no AC on in 104-degree heat. The hotel appeared pretty clean, but throughout our stay, we found 3 dead roaches throughout our room, 2 of which were already there upon our arrival. On top of that, our shower didn't work. The hotel is located in an alley that definitely did not feel the safest, especially when we walked back to the hotel at night. Its also located across from a "Chinese massage parlor" which gave weird vibes. The wifi they advertise online doesn't actually work. I guess you get what you pay for with this place, but just keep in mind that there is a ton of false advertising. The only plus was that the beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend spending the extra money to stay somewhere nicer and closer to town.

Unfreundlich Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, Zimmer wurde nie geputzt, mussten uns selbst unten Klopapier holen jeden Tag. Keine neuen Tücher, 4 Tage gleiches Handtuch.

Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, mußte erst eingerichtet werden,
Heizung funktionierte garnicht und nachdem ich schon einen Nachmittag gewartet hatte,wurde erst nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen mitgeteilt, sie könne erst morgen repariert werden. Es ist da sehr laut, weil in einer Gewerbestrasse. Gegenüber wird bis 23 Uhr an Möbeln gesägt, genäht und gehämmert.
Für alles muss man mehrfach nachfragen.
Der Hammer kam, nachdem ich abends sagte, daß ich nicht eine weitere Nacht im kalten Raum verbringe, der Besitzer gab mir ein anderes, viel kleineres Zimmer in einem seiner anderen Hotels, abends um 22 Uhr hatte ich dann keine Lust mehr, mich über die total versiffte Matratze zu beschweren. Am nächsten morgen den Chef angesprochen, meinte er nur, die Welt wurde auch nicht an einem Tag erbaut und ich hätte ja eine andere Matratze aus einem anderen Zimmer bekommen (mit drei Flecken weniger?) Ich bin lieber ausgezogen

Фото все соответствуют. Номера на 2-х действительно большие и удобные. Относительно чисто кроме постоянного песка на полу в ванной. Полотенца и постельное белье идеально чистые и с хорошим запахом. Один номер был окнами во внутренний колодец здания - там тихо, но темно. В след раз я бы просил вид на улицу. Второй номер был с видом на торговую улицу - поздно вечером достаточно шумно - когда все закрывают рольставни и разъезжаются. Но это недолго. Замечательная парковка. Доброжелательный персонал, посоветовали отличный ресторан и что-то типа местной супер дешевой столовой. В отеле удобно остановиться, если у вас авто, рядом выезд на трассу и удобный выезд до пляжа. Рано утром ходили пешком на городской пляж, а потом только на авто за город. Днем городской пляж не советую. В целом отель понравился. Но завтраков не хватает.
