Nirvana Wellness Huts - White bay

The location of the property is fantastic. However the team working on the property are not very professional. We had issues with our bookings, the staff overbooked our hut and were not professional solving the issue. There is no Swimming pool as mentioned in the place description, which is problematic because you find kids asking to use your jacuzzi as a swimming pool. The huts need to be cleaner, especially the sheets. It's not worth the money if it wasn't for the sea clarity.

Hospitality of the staff makes you feel like home. Very cozy and comfortable, peaceful and tranquil.

المكان جميل والموقع اجمل..لا يوجد مدير في المكان للاهتمام بشكوي النزلاء الافطار مقبول الواي فاي لا يصل الي الغرف القائمين علي نظافة الشاطئ تراهم مرة واحدة في اليوم خدمة الغرف لابد ان تذهب بنفسك لاحضارهم باختصار لا يقدم القائمين علي المكان اي خدمات من تلقاء انفسهم هم فقط يعطوك الغرفة. لو كنت من المعتادين علي الاقامة في كامب فستكون سعيد هناك و لن تمثل تلك الملحوظات اي شيء لك. في المجمل تجربة جميلة

This place is piece of heaven!
The crew hospitality is beyond amazing especially "Mohamed Ali" who is working there, was extremely nice to us.

The only take away is that the hut is a bit smelly, thats it!

Pros:
- Nice beach
- The hut is really close to the beach, you can hear and see the waves from your bed
- Friendly and helpful staff
- The place is only 20 huts, so it is not crowded
Cons:
- The cleaning of the hut should be improved, the toilet and the bed sheets were not that clean
- The toilet had a very bad smell
- The hut is small and crowded
- The place has only one restaurant and it is kinda isolated
- My biggest problem was that the lock of the hut was not working, and when we informed the staff, they said we know about that but don't worry it is safe! of course I couldn't sleep well because of that.

Overall, the place is not good value for the money, and it is not up to standards of a 3 stars hotel.. and it needs much improvements
