如果只是要找一個住宿 洗澡的地方 不求其他的 CP值還算OK
Pros:

沒有早餐服務 但屋主現煮的咖啡還不錯 如果有鹿野高台的行程 住宿這裡的距離算是可以接受的

Cons:

公用區間為屋主私人區域 出入不是很方便 停車空間不大 若是停滿車進出要格外小心 附近餐廳不是很優 要開車進入市區才有更多選項 冷氣濾網從未洗過 很髒 我還特地取下幫屋主徹底清潔過一遍(應該付我工資 哈哈) 但整台出風口還是很髒 就留給屋主自己清理吧 有蚊子 要小心進出門

停車方便沒有門禁，晚間住宿地點安靜

晚間10點後很安靜，離鹿野高台路程約10分鍾

訊息留言多日，民宿老闆訊息最後一天才看回覆，附近吃的選擇較少，離台東市區約40分路程，關山路程也需要30分左右

不開心的住房經驗
Cons:

1. 隔音差，可以聽到隔壁聲音。
2. 洗澡完才發現沒有浴巾及毛巾，光著身子...！
3.給我們入住4人房，但交代另一床不要碰及睡覺，還把棉被及枕頭收走，入住的感受非常差...！

去台東看熱氣球很方便，房價便宜
房間乾淨又大間，有提供熱水機（煮泡麵）
還有溫開水，大冰箱，沐浴乳跟洗髮精，還有提供小條毛巾
免費停車場，開車出去不到一分鐘就有7-11跟全家很方便。
