o melhor é a localizaçao. Academia excelente. Oferecer a disponibilidade de agua filtrada é excelente.

Cons:

Limpeza dos quartos é superficial. Camareira nao guarda nem o ferro que ficou no banheiro para esfriar após o uso. Nao tem sistema de ventilacao nos banheiros eficiente, que faz com que nada seque e sem falar que embaca o quarto inteiro. Quarto com altissimo ruido de fora. O hotel fica num area onde tem barulho 24hs e as janelas nao tem vedaçao.

Location, services, facilities, it even had a batting cage on Saturdays, spa was phenomenal. Wonderful views of the mountain and ocean, as well as a city view. Would recommend. Will stay here next time. Mahalo

Tolle Lage direkt am Waikiki Beach, jedoch mit einigen deutlichen Schwächen bei Sauberkeit, Lärm und Komfort.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend – direkt am Waikiki Beach und sehr zentral gelegen. Viele Restaurants, Geschäfte und Sehenswürdigkeiten waren bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders schön war die Nähe zum Strand und die insgesamt moderne Atmosphäre des Hotels.

Cons:

Leider war das Hotel sehr hellhörig und im Zimmer oft laut. Unser erstes Zimmer hatte Schimmel, weshalb wir glücklicherweise in ein Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick upgegradet wurden. Allerdings waren auch dort einige Punkte enttäuschend: Der Boden war teilweise fleckig, ebenso die beige Couch im Zimmer. Die Matratze war für unseren Geschmack sehr weich.
Am Poolbereich wurde einmal extrem laute Musik von einem DJ gespielt, sodass das nichts mehr mit Entspannung zu tun hatte. Auch die hellen Möbel im Poolbereich waren teilweise fleckig und nicht besonders gepflegt.

great to stay but not to eat
Pros:

the location was superb with a very short walk to the beach, restuarants and other activities. The hotel was beautiful and relaxed with a lovely aquarium in the lobby. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and clean. The only downside was one of the restaurants was closed due to renovations and the Swell cafe which was the main area for meals was on the pool level had a very limited food options whether it be for breakfast or dinner. Only had black coffee in the morning - no other choice ie cappuccino or latte. Could order a cocktail with my breakfast but not a proper coffee. Would have been good to have more choice instead of 2 Asian food venues
