プールが付いていて、そこで遊ぶのは楽しかった。
部屋も広く使い勝手がよかった。立地も抜群。

Cons:

建物が古く、全体的に建て付けがよくなかった。
ルームクリーニングを毎日してくれなかった。清潔感の面において最も微妙だった

Unfortunately, the weather did impact our stay and took away somewhat from the overall experience.
Pros:

Location was great. Breakfast offered a good choice of items, which varied every morning. The huge fish tank in the foyer area was amazing. They offered fish feeding viewing daily, with a member of staff present to answer any questions. This was amazing to watch and very informative.

Cons:

The breakfast area felt quite limited given the size of the complex and the number of guests. Most mornings, there was a queue for seating. That said, many of the staff were very accommodating and did their best to assist, often allowing us to share smaller tables so our group of four—or even five—could sit together without a long wait.

However, one staff member, Shade, came across as quite abrupt and, at times, discourteous in her interactions. Her approach felt overly authoritative and did not reflect the warm, welcoming holiday atmosphere one would expect when staying in Waikiki.

Menos los chicos del Valet parking, la atención no fue de 5 estrellas, más bien lo contrario, poco serviciales. El hotel está algo antiguo para ser un 5 estrellas y el coste que tiene. Nos pillo la tormenta y la seguridad de ventanas y puertas exteriores daban terror.
