Loita J, has been amazing. She is a very sweet person who will take care of your room and always do it with a smile. Everytime me and my wife would step out of the room in the morning, she would ask me if we wanted cleaning in our room. We are beyond thankful for her service. :) we love her
Staff was so great! Shout out to housekeeper Loita J. She is such a humble nana, who kept offering to clean our room but we are the type when we travel and our kids make a mess, we clean up after them regardless of where we are at. She was kind enough to let us use the vacuum so my husband could clean up himself. Whatever we needed; housekeeping staff like Loita were kind enough to give us bags for trash, laundry to haul to the laundry room etc.
She was really friendly n nice to customers. She need a pay upgrade for doing an excellent job cleaning rooms n checking on us if we need anything. 2 thumbs up!!
This hotel was amazing for a getaway! Eduardo was friendly, hospitable, and made this place feel like home! Andrew was an amazing server and always had a smile on his face! Give these guys a promotion!!! We would absolutely love to make our way back here someday!
I had an amazing time going to the beach and pool. I also ordered drinks and food in the morning, lunch, or evening and eduardo and forgive me for spelling it wrong but Lei’ain? They were both amazing and made my experience better by getting to know us on a first name basis and feeling connected

Exceptional from the moment you arrive. The front desk makes check in easy and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The rooftop bar and pool had a beautiful view and they had a dj and or live music every night. The hotel is directly across from Waikiki beach.
The property is in a prime location, the staff is great, and the rooms are clean. What more could you ask for?
Everyone on the property makes you feel welcome, their rooftop pool and bar always has djs and live music going for the days you don’t feel like going to the beach.
They have beach towels, chair rentals etc (believe that they’re free just first come first serve).
Parking you have 2 choices, valet or self park. They’re almost the same price… that’s my only irk is that although we paid in advance for a week of parking, sometimes the self park area is busy due to events and visitors so the parking during peak hours may be sparse.
That being said, most of the parking is actually pretty spacious.
The longboard club has great breakfast! I’ve been sleeping in and missing it, but did get a few mornings in.
I’ve been here 3 times so far out of my 5 times visiting Oahu, 10/10 would recommend.
David was very helpful with service. Andrew and Laura at Swell Pool and Bar were very friendly! I enjoyed my time at Alohilani and will return.

Location and room were great.
Breakfast is too small. AC on corridors is too strong and too low temp.
Location and amenities around hotels plus access to seaside beach were perfect.
Parking charges per day was vey high and not much option outside hotels plus access for parking, also there were not many spots available mostly taken by valley that was charging even more.

Frühstück würde ich nicht mehr dazu buchen.
War gut aber es gibt daneben genug andere Restaurants wo man gut und güstiger Frühstück holen kann👍

Ku’ulei was AMAZING! By far the best service I received this entire trip. Very attentive and helpful but also friendly which was awesome.
Had an amazing day at the pool bar with bartender Dana. He was so funny and helpful telling us all the great spots to go on the island
