Wonderful stay
Pros:

I stayed in a partial ocean view room on the 23rd floor, and Diamond Head was right in front of me! The ocean was clearly visible too, making for a very comfortable stay. Despite being a large hotel, I could feel the warm hospitality of all the staff members.
The weather was unfortunate, but I was able to relax at the hotel.

Amazing, Relaxing, Luxurious, Hospitality
Pros:

Had such an amazing stay at this resort! It couldn't have been more perfect for our baby moon. We had the ocean front suite and it was truly breathtaking. The sound of the ocean waves and the beautiful view.. not to mention how clean, modern and spacious the room was. More importantly a warm thank you to Eian, the manager for housekeeping who made our experience 10/10. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The whole team was very warm and accommodating! Jhon their overnight manager made sure any questions we had were resolved. Thank you! We will be sure to stay here again during our next visit.

Отель после реновации. Номера не маленькие, есть балкон. В отеле шикарный аквариум, что конечно огромный плюс. Есть терраса с бассейном и рестораном. Вечером в этой зоне живая музыка. Очень приветливый и профессиональный персонал. На завтрак ягоды были в избытке. Хороший спортивный зал. В отеле есть несколько магазинов и супермаркет. На первой линии. Расположение прекрасное!

Cons:

Своего пляжа нет, но от отеля можно арендовать лежаки, 2 лежака (лежаки ужасные) и зонт стоят 85$. Есть опция, взять раскладные стулья и зонт бесплатно от отеля. За ними надо идти минут 10 и после 11 утра, нет ничего. Сам пляж мелкий и некрасивый. В номере нет ни халатов, ни тапочек, ни шапочки для душа и т д. Завтрак вообще мне не понравился. Много фруктов, но есть нечего. Кроме скрамбл и пересушенного бекона, ничего. Кофе не вкусный. Не соответствует 5 звезд

I loved the ambience of the hotel and the ease of access to Waikiki beach. Great location!
Pros:

Location, room allowed for a roll a way bed, ocean view, breakfast provided, quiet environment. Helpful staff when I had questions, valet was quick and responsive. We loved the live music and food at Swell. Especially the $10 Mai Tai's.

Cons:

Asked for more towels on day one as there were three girls staying in the room. Housekeeping never answered, left message on the answering machine, but towels were never received. Also on day two we ran out of toilet paper and housekeeping was not responsive. neither the towel request or toilet paper request was acted on.
