Pros:

Agradable estadía
Pros:

Habitación muy amplia, cómoda. La atención de Samir, quien fue quien acarreó todas nuestras valijas fue excelente. El día que nos fuimos estaba puntualmente esperando a pesar de que era muy temprano en la madrugada, para subirnos el equipaje.

Cons:

El desayuno podría mejorar. Difícil de llegar, hay que pagar un taxi para que te lleve al hotel, luego subir y bajar muchas escaleras. Cuando dejamos el hotel, al irnos antes de las 8 am tuvimos que pagar el doble del precio del taxi. La fotos están un poquito maquilladas

Una vacanza brevissima ma suggestiva.
Pros:

La colazione, per me il pasto più importante della giornata, è ottima. La posizione e la vista sui Sassi sono invidiabili! Lo staff molto gentile, e i gatti simpatici.

Cons:

Non siamo stati informati per tempo della necessità di prenotare la SPA. Non era il motivo principale della nostra visita, quindi non ci ha rovinato il soggiorno.

Maravillosa estancia en la Ciudad de Matera
Pros:

El lugar está ubicado en pleno corazón de la Matera antigua, con una vista realmente maravillosa a los Sassi. Además, queda a pasos del Duomo de Matera, un punto icónico donde se han filmado varias películas, así que es inevitable ir reconociendo rincones y paisajes mientras caminas por la zona. La ubicación es perfecta para recorrer todo a pie y sentir de verdad la atmósfera histórica de la ciudad.
El hotel es muy especial: tiene ese encanto único de estar integrado a los sassi, y aun así se mantiene la privacidad. Las habitaciones dan al exterior, pero sin perder la sensación de tranquilidad y resguardo. Fuimos en invierno y, sinceramente, no se pasa absolutamente nada de frío: se nota que está muy bien acondicionado. La habitación es amplia, cómoda y el hecho de dormir literalmente “dentro” de los sassi es una experiencia increíble. Éramos 5 personas y nos acomodó perfectamente, sin sentirnos apretados.
También pudimos usar el spa (es de pago), y vale totalmente la pena. Es simplemente increíble: piscina privada amplia con hidromasaje, sauna y un ambiente perfecto para desconectarse y disfrutar al 100%. Se siente como un momento de lujo dentro del viaje, muy bien cuidado y pensado para relajarse de verdad.
El desayuno, excelente. Muy completo y de gran calidad: incluye huevo, jamón cocido y crudo, una variedad de quesos deliciosos y, además, una selección grande de dulces italianos de lo mejor. El cappuccino servido a la mesa es un detalle que marca la diferencia, y estaba delicioso.
El personal es muy amable, todos sin excepción. Se agradece muchísimo la buena disposición y el trato cercano: Ivana, Justina, Samir, Damiano, Mario… siempre atentos y resolutivos. Incluso responden por WhatsApp, lo que hace todo más fácil para coordinar dudas o cualquier detalle durante la estancia.
En cuanto al estacionamiento, es cercano y funciona muy bien considerando que el hotel está dentro de una zona de tráfico limitado (ZTL). Aunque se paga aparte, es muy cómodo.

Cons:

Nada, todo fue excelente. Es un lugar muy agradable en todo sentido, desde la primera impresión hasta el último día. La estancia en el Cenobio superó mis expectativas por la tranquilidad del entorno, la comodidad de las instalaciones y el cuidado en cada detalle. Tanto la atención del personal como la limpieza y el ambiente general hicieron que todo se sintiera acogedor y bien organizado, lo que permite realmente descansar y disfrutar. Honestamente, no podría señalar un aspecto negativo de la experiencia: todo funcionó perfecto y me quedo con ganas de volver.

Excellent cave hotel in Matera
Pros:

The family suite was perfect for our family of 5. We were granted early checkin and late checkout, Samir was so helpful bringing our luggage to/from the suite. We loved our stay in Matera!
