Rent og hyggelig, men litt dyrt og bråkete
Pros:

Beliggenheten midt i Reykjavik, veldig god seng, hyggelig bad og pent rom.

Cons:

Personalet var litt lite imøtekommende, det var bråkete om natten og nokså dårlig tilgjengelig med rullestol.

My family and I were completely charmed by this beautiful, well located hotel and would book there again!
Pros:

Loved the location- walkable to so much that Reykjavik has to offer. Loved the room- small and cozy with great light and a nice view. The staff was professional, helpful and lovely!

Une nuit ou deux à bon prix
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé dans la rue principale. Propre et calme. Très correct pour une nuit ou deux. Le petit dej a l'air très bien. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages sans problème

Cons:

La vue de la chambre sur l'arrière rue pas top. Peu d'équipement au final. Pas de frigo, pas de sèche cheveux.

We'll use again next time we stay in Reykjavik.
Pros:

Very helpful staff, central Reykjavik location, decent breakfast at reasonable (for Iceland) prices. Local multistorey car park is about £10 overnight.

Cons:

I had to shave by touch as bathroom mirror lighting was very dim, a desk light in the bedroom would be beneficial.

Good location, nice view at least from our room. Overpriced.
Pros:

Good location directly at the „mainstreet“. We had a nice view to the Hallgrims church.

Cons:

Very dark in the corridors. The room was very, very tiny and when we arrived, there was a strange smell in the room. The room was not very clean and a few hundred thousand tourists have already spent the night on that mattress, I assume. The shower wasn’t very well designed. It would flood every time, no matter how carefully you showered. It was overpriced, as probably most of the hotels im that area.
The reception staff was not very talkative, but they sat there 24/7.

Viejo caro y sucio

Ubicación y el personal del desayuno

Cons:

La verdad es que un hotel penoso. La habitación estaba muy sucia. Las paredes estaban todas manchadas con golpes, el mobiliario muy viejo, los cojines eran papel de fumar de lo hecho polvos que estaban, no podías ajustar la temperatura de la habitación y te morías de calor, no había neverita para mantener las bebidas frías, la sábanas olían mal y tenían pelotillas de viejas, el baño estaba con pelo púbico y en los azulejos pelo de cabello. Se notaba que no habían limpiado en profundidad en meses. Comentamos todo en recepción y nos dijeron que lo comentaban con el personal pero al día siguiente estaba todo igual. Ha sido el hotel más caro con mucha diferencia en el que hemos estado y con peores instalaciones. Entendemos que es un país caro si bien hay unos mínimos. Las fotografías de booking están muy bien hechas pero distan de la realidad.

Adicionalmente, te dicen que el desayuno está incluido pero luego llegas y solo te dejan tomar 3 cosas de toda la carta. Encima, el primer día nos dijeron de volver 30 minutos más tarde, que estaban muy llenos en la zona de desayuno (cuando teníamos actividades contratadas).
