An excellent hotel in the city centre.
Pros:

Location is excellent, shops and restaurants around , supermarket just next to hotel. Walking distance to most tourist attractions . Bus stop 9 is just a couple of mins walk. Reception staff are all very helpful.

Pros:

Jag gillade läget på boendet, det var väldigt centralt och gångavstånd till allt. Personalen var också väldigt trevlig, speciellt en kvinna i receptionen som var hjälpsam och glad.

Cons:

Jag gillade inte att väggarna inne på rummen var svarta och hade märken av något slag.

Beautiful hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Great location, in the city close to all the attractions and bus stop for FlyBus and tour pickups. Appreciated being able to leave our luggage before check in and after we checked out. Staff were helpful. Beautiful modern room which had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like about this hotel. Would definitely return in the future.

The Von is a perfect hotel!
Pros:

Just a lovely hotel. Would stay there again; have recommended it already.
Before we arrived we talked with a neighbor who coincidentally had stayed there a year or two before; they loved it also and were so glad we had booked a stay. Great place.

Hotel più che buono, posizione fantastica.
Pros:

Posizione fantastica sulla via principale LAUGAVEGUR, ambiente raccolto e caldo. Stanza spaziosa e pulita, vista sul viale principale.

Cons:

Colazione inclusa buona ma mi aspettavo un buffet: invece era à la carte, ovvero si poteva scegliere alternativamente una bevanda (o caffè o un cappuccino o thè) , una brioche (o pain au chocolat o croissant vuoto) e un toast o similari. Pur essendo tutto buono, La trovo cmq un po' riduttiva e ripetitiva senza avere la possibilita' di un buffet variegato. Manca nella colazione il succo di frutta che io ritengo fondamentale negli hotel. Se lo volevi dovevi pagarlo....

We were told that we would receive a refund but never received anything and they did not respond to my emails and my chats. Still waiting for the refund 8 weeks later and many messages
