No apto para familias muy caro para el servicio que se presta no es un hotel 5 estrellas

Las instalaciones son cómodas pero están en mal estado están en proceso de reparación algunas personas muy amables

No tienen sillas para niños en el restaurante ni cambiadores en los baños el club de playa estaba en obra, un día quitaron la luz y no había ni aire acondicionado ni agua ni luz en las zonas comunes cuando dijeron que iban a funcionar con normalidad, en el restaurante no había identificación de la comida, los tragos del bar de la piscina pueden mejorar. Nuestra habitación no tenía control remoto del TV. Le hace falta mucho mantenimiento para ser el hotel que promete

Terrible! Amarga experiencia.. en desacuerdo con el costo para lo que afrecen
Pros:

Desorden total, demasiada gente, poco personal… en un todo incluido la comida se acababa rápido,pésima actitud de las personas de asistencia en la piscina, playa y bares

Cons:

Las piscinas con poca luz, el servicio de baños de la pisicina principal sucio, sin luz, poco aseo alrededor de la pisicina , restaurante principal y en general
En l hotel queda alejado de la ciudad y sin embargo no tienen actividades para entretener al huésped, en la noche no hay música ni ningún tipo de amenizacion

Enjoyable solo trip
Pros:

The rustic feel and look of the hotel and the room. The beds were both soft and comfortable. The sheets were cleaned 👌, felt new, and the towels were large. You bring your own wash rags. I visited for my birthday and was treated like a queen.

Cons:

The construction in the neighborhood. The iron is motion activated, and I could not get it on.

Exceptional
Pros:

There is a lot of construction around the resort. Our room was at the end towards the beach, so the noise wasn't an issue. We ate in the restaurant each evening (which was fantastic!), the buffet wasn't open. The large pool is in the main part of the hotel, the small pool was in the restaurant next to the beach.

Cons:

It does need some TLC, but they were working on it everyday.

We enjoyed our stay but the service was not as good as it was when they were with Melia.
Pros:

The staff was superior although they were short staffed. The breakfast was good and the bartenders were excellent.

Cons:

Getting fresh towels was a problem. Housekeeping was a little slow as they were short staffed.
