Very convenient and perfect for me 👍
We’ve had a long day at the airport, flights delayed. Pagoda was our last resort to hop in to catch some sleep for only a couple hours . I have booked and paid for our stay here in hotels.com, and when we showed up to check in, no one was at the window . They explained there was only one of them working and rest were security guards. I was upset of how many extra taxes and fees they ended up charging me. $200+ for just booking the rooms. Once we got there I was charged $80 in amenities fees per room which we never used. Checked in by 12pm and checked out by 7am. + $200 more per room for security deposit. It was ridiculous. For a motel I think that was way over priced. As for cleanliness, Horrible. My room carpet was wet and moist. The room smelt muggy and moldy. Just disgusting.
Property is old and dated. Doesn’t resemble pictures. In a sketchy area. 2 sinks in room. One sink and countertop ran along side of bed. Weird! No comforter on bed. Not as is in picture. Pictures make this place look nice. Definitely not. Good editing and lighting for sure on posted pictures.
Bathtub was very small, the shower experience was not good. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable but not unbearable.
The hotel price was reasonable compared to other hotels.
This hotel is very convenient if you like shopping at Walmart, Sam’s Club, Don Quixote, and Ala Moana Shopping Center. All are within walking distance. However, there are renovations going on in the hotel making for long waits to get in the elevator. $5 breakfast is the best!
We didn't stay because it was so dirty. They were carrying beds out of the hotel and actively spraying pesticides when we went to look at the room. It was so filthy we did not stay.
I would like a refund
It was convenient spot to stay at and close to a lot lf yummy food places.
Love the location!
Great location near shopping, ocean, other attractions with limited hotel parking with daily fee. Sadly the restaurant is under construction and limited its full potential. Delicious breakfast at a decent price. Highly recommend once the re-construction is complete.
Avoid at all costs. And they charge 41 dollars amenities when you arrive.
Very resident focused in great location, an older hotel about to be dwarfed by large new buildings next door
Unfriendly
Breakfast was fine. Elevator not working. Waste a lots of time 20 minutes to get up or down.
Each time I use this hotel, the condition of the the bathroom is more and more degraded. The tub has cracks, the shower heads are clogged with hard water mineral deposits and the epoxy coating on the shower stall and basin counter is peeling off. The drain in the tub is clogged with hair and soap scum. Also, the mattresses on the beds are old and deformed. Feels like sleeping in a hammock.
Overpriced for fees and parking. Didnʻt clean til day4 when we checked out. Run down and only one elevator for all guest which took a long time to use. Only perk was cheap breakfast with excellent service.
There was many issues with my stay and the manager was not helpful
Just what I needed for an overnight trip.
Room is spacious. Always public parking space open free parking mon til Saturday 6pm to 7am. Sunday is free. Super close to don juijote
I prefer Pagoda for its convenience for shopping and dining options
One of the elevators weren’t working the whole time I was there a week. It took forever.
