We enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend staying there and will gladly recommend other people to stay there as well.
Pros:

The location was prime for why we were there. We had an event at the Convention center. Pagoda is in walking distance. Also close to many other places like Ala Moana, Walmart, Youme Mart, Don Quijote and many other places as well. I decided not to rent a car on this trip and was happy that I didn’t because we were in walking distance of everything.
Staff was also very friendly and helpful. We had an early flight to Oahu. When we reached pagoda, we were able to check in early. That helped us out a lot!

Cons:

Pagoda is an older hotel. Although it’s been renovated, I have to say the one thing that still bothered me was the loud AC unit. So happy we had AC as Oahu was very hot. Walking everywhere didn’t help. Getting back to a cool room was amazing. I think that would be the only thing that was a problem.

Watch your baby
Pros:

The front desk was helpful an nice. Location was perfect.

Cons:

The room was still dirty. There was candy on the floor that my baby ended up grabbing and eating. Not good. An while crawling in the room and on the bed she started breaking out in all kind of bites!

A week vacation
Pros:

We got the 4th level which wasn’t too bad, only downside was early morning you can hear all the sirens/ garbage truck noises.. think with the renovations to the room maybe replace the windows to double or less noises… lol.. parking should be waived for those staying longer then a week, already paying for the services & all amenities…

I didn't like that the carpet of the room felt dirty
and I found a tiny roach in our room.

Roaches and Ants crawling in our bed
Pros:

We checked in and were told it would be $100 for 2 nights of parking. I then walked in the room turned on the light and in the bathroom a roach popped out from under the Kleenex box in the bathroom. A few minutes later when I laid down on the bed and went to adjust my pillow I lifted it up and discovered a small roach. I also had some syrup spill on the bed a drop and ten minutes later I returned to the bed to find a bunch of small black ants crawling into the bed. Later on I was greeted by another roach on the bed it was crawling on my head. This was disgusting to say the least. Worst part was when I removed the sheets there was no fitted sheet and when I went down to ask and I finally complained becauase I’m not a complainer this is the first time seeing as I’m in the industry they replied “ we will have HK do a treatment” I told them we leave tomorrow what would that do for us? And they didn’t say anything. And they also didn’t feel bad about it or show and remorse.

Ще цікава опція, готель пропонує сніданки по 5 доларів. Сніданки смачні та якісні
