Pros:

One of the best hotels in Lira. The Manager Sarah Odur provided outstanding customer service.
The restaurant was ok but could stand some improvement.

Pros:

We love staying at Lillian Towers. The staff is helpful and the restaurant is high quality and tasty food. They would benefit from a few updates, like their air conditioning units. But, we will always return when we are in Uganda.
