Nice hotel with lovely people
Pros:

A very nice hotel wirh lovely people working there. The room was nice and clean. Check in worked well and check out the same. A big thank you to Lisa Zhao, she is a great Manager. I felt welcome. Great breakfast buffet and generous evening buffet.

Perfect location and room
Pros:

Beijing Hilton Hotel is the oldest Hilton-branded hotel within the urban area of Beijing. Located at Liangmaqiao, it enjoys an extremely convenient geographical position. Cycling from the hotel to Sanyuanqiao takes only 5 to 10 minutes, and traveling to Capital Airport is also very easy.

I chose to stay at this hotel for a concert, as Metro Line 10 provides easy access to Beitucheng Station, from which one can proceed to the Olympic Sports Center (Bird's Nest).

Before arriving at the hotel, the system had automatically upgraded my room to an Executive King Room. After a brief communication with the hotel, they generously arranged a newly renovated boutique suite in the main building. The decoration style of the room is modern and refreshing, and the welcome amenities were abundant, including two bottles of Paris sparkling water and two bottles of Voss mineral water.

In the afternoon, I visited the Executive Lounge, where fruits were stored in a refrigerator with excellent quality, although the refrigerator door was somewhat narrow, making access a bit inconvenient. Due to time constraints, I did not experience the Happy Hour.

Breakfast was impressive, with the wontons being particularly delicious—cooked soft and tender. The staff member at the entrance who asked for my room number was very warm and attentive, proactively guiding me to a seat and explaining the food features of different areas as well as the options for coffee machines at various locations.

Overall, this stay was highly satisfying, and I will choose this hotel as my top priority on my next visit to Beijing.

Cons:

客室内のドライヤーが古く、使い勝手があまり良くありませんでした。また、スタッフが不在のことが多く、事前に依頼していた配車サービスも手配されていなかった点が残念でした。

Two staff entries, two cash losses — hotel admits access but denies responsibility
Pros:

I stayed in room 1701 at Hilton Beijing from May 12 to May 18, 2026. On May 17 morning, I discovered 200 missing from my wallet. I assumed I had lost it myself and did not report it. That same day, the hotel later confirmed via security camera footage that staff entered my room twice while I was away – at 16:19 (duration 1 minute) and at 18:20 (duration 30 seconds). On May 18 morning, I discovered another 200 missing from my wallet. That is when I understood the first 200 was also stolen. Total loss: 400 USD. The hotel manager told my partner: "No cameras inside the room, so we cannot track what staff did — but they did not take the money." Hilton admits staff had access to my room twice on the same day, but refuses any responsibility. Two staff entries = two separate cash losses. Be very careful with your valuables if you stay here.

Misleading room photos, overbooking, dirty rooms, and unresponsive staff — this hotel does not live up to the Hilton nam

I stayed at Hilton Beijing from March 31 to April 5 with two children, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing and far below expectations.
I informed the hotel in advance that I would arrive late in the evening, and they confirmed it would not be a problem. However, while I was already traveling, they sent messages saying the hotel was overbooked and asked me to confirm my arrival. When I arrived late at night after a long trip from the airport, I was not given the room I had booked.
I reserved a 34 m² room suitable for two children with an extra bed. Instead, I was placed in the old wing in a very small room (around 15–16 m²). The room was outdated, had an unpleasant smell, and once the extra bed was added there was almost no space to move — less than 20 cm between beds. When I asked to be moved to the booked category, I was told there were no options. I was also told I might be charged penalties if I decided to leave, even though the hotel did not provide the room I paid for.
The next morning I was told I would be moved to the new wing, but later I was again placed in the old wing. The second room was slightly larger (around 20–22 m²) but still old, worn, and not matching the booked category. I chose this hotel based on the photos showing renovated rooms, but in reality I was accommodated in the old wing with smaller rooms. This felt misleading.
Communication at the reception was very poor. Staff changed daily, and each time I had to explain everything again. Promises were not followed through, and no one took responsibility.
Housekeeping was unacceptable. During my entire 5-day stay:
• the room was not properly cleaned
• no vacuuming or wet cleaning
• bedding was never changed
• dust accumulated in the room
• trash was left in the bathroom

On the fifth day I had to go to reception and ask whether rooms are cleaned at all.

Prima hotel.
Pros:

Schone kamers. Ruim genoeg.
Zeer vriendelijke medewerkers. Van de concierge tot de balie medewerkers, tot de schoonmakers.
Mooi zwembad, altijd een badmeester aanwezig. Ook daar alles netjes en goed onderhouden.

Cons:

Werkzaamheden waren tot op onze verdieping te horen. Dat was echt irritant.
En in de nacht was er een geluidje te horen, maar we konden niet plaatsen waar het vandaan kwam. Hield ons wel wakker. Leek soms de touw van een wapperend vlag die op de paal slaat, maar dat was het niet.
Er was bij de koffiehoek geen prullenbak.
En er waren kasten onder de koffiehoek die je niet normaal kon openen. Ging met erg veel moeite.
Temperatuur in de kamer was niet goed in te stellen.
