One residential room is entitled to have one car parking with one unique license plate number for the first three nights stay, extra nights will pay by guest self. For example, 1 night stay guest could enjoy 1 night complimentary parking; 4 nights stay guest could enjoy first 3 nights complimentary parking. Guest need to go to the Concierge to register the car license plate number. Parking voucher will be managed and given by Concierge.

Breakfast-inclusive rates include breakfast for adults and children aged 0–5 years. A breakfast surcharge of CNY 90 per child, per day applies for children aged 6–10 years. A breakfast surcharge of CNY 180 per child, per day applies for children aged 11 years and older.

Cons:

1. При въезде в холле сидели футбольные болельщики в ожидании своих кумиров и заняли все диваны.
2. Рассмотрите возможность для клиентов с маленькими детьми и пожилым людям более ранний въезд (на час раньше) бесплатно.

I have stayed at Hilton Beijing once again this year, and every time I visit, I feel nothing but joy and comfort. The team here is incredibly warm and welcoming, and their help is always delivered to an exceptional standard, making me feel right at home.
I want to give special thanks to Harry from the Concierge team for his thoughtful, patient, and attentive support throughout my stay. His professionalism and kindness made my experience truly memorable.

Worst possible experience as a Gold Member
Pros:

Worst experience so far. After a long flight ✈️ from Bangalore, India 🇮🇳 to Beijing, China 🇨🇳 arrived at the hotel at 16.00 hours (Check in time was supposed to be 15.00 hours) the room was not ready till 17.30 hours 🥲🙃

Not Impressive
Pros:

Not too bad, not too great, normal experience. An OLD design builsing, not too impressive. Service was below the expectation maybe because the expectation for a five stars hotel was too high.
