MALA EXPERIENCIA

Por favor tengan cuidado con esta cuenta por internet pues mi experiencia fue verdaderamente terrible al llegar al mencionado Hotel y saber que la reserva no existía porque el nombre del hotel habia sido clonado, que tal donde hubiese pagado por anticipado me hubiesen robado este dinero, gracias a Dios al llegar al hotel nos explicaron que estaban clonados y que nunca hacen reservas por pagina web ni mucho menos por ningun buscador, aun asi me hospedaron porque habia cupo de lo contrario habia quedado sin hotel esa noche, debo argumentar que la dueña del hotel y sus trabajadores se portaron a la altura y me colaboraron mucho y el hotel es bueno pero que peligro donde uno efectúe el pago con anticipaciòn y de esta manera el hotel no responde porque ellos solo atienden reservas telefónicamente.

I wouldn't return here.
Pros:

The hotel was written 2km away from the center of san gil, it was actually 10. Nothing to do around if you dont take a bus, and this one dont work after 19h.
There is no hot water in the hotel at all, the information is easy to miss on hotels.
When we arrived, the floor of the bathroom was dirty, but they cleaned it quite fast. We moved a furniture, under was very dirty, and the floor next to the bed was dirty too (a chewing gum was still on the floor).
On the good side, the personnel was very sympathetic, and the hotel seems quite new.
