Poor cleanliness, unreliable services, and unprofessional billing practices — I will never stay at any La Quinta–related
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

During my entire stay, the hallway near my room was dirty, and I never once saw it vacuumed. The hotel had a popcorn machine in the lobby, which caused the entire area to smell strongly of butter. I even saw popcorn left on the lobby floor until the next day without being cleaned.
Although the property claims to offer cleaning service, housekeeping was not provided unless specifically requested. They also advertise a shuttle bus, but it was repeatedly canceled.
The worst part is that my reservation clearly stated no prepayment – pay at the property, yet they charged my card before my arrival. When I questioned this, I was told, “Sorry, it’s a family business,” which is not an acceptable explanation.

It was nice would stay again.
Pros:

The inside of the room was nice and very clean. The supervisor was very helpful. The breakfast attendant was super nice and wanted to make sure you had everything you wanted off the buffet. Convenient location. Good price and they allowed our little dog.

Cons:

The outside of the property needs a little work. Back door was not operational coming back inside with key but you could go out of it fine.
