Pros:

I stayed 3 times in this property and each time was at least 10 days the service was quite good so we came back

Cons:

Staff is so rude, reception member as not helpful at all they refuse everything we ask for, room full of bugs and when we told them no one did anything

Overall the rooms were pleasant
Pros:

Location was great ,only 15 minutes from Nashville.

Cons:

The rooms were very dark not much natural light coming in, the towels were very dingy, the surfaces of the lamps and bath counters had asticky feeling and we encountered some ants and spiders,we requested to be moved to another room.

I didn't like how it was.Ants all over at place i went to the bed and all over my bag and I needed to throw away.On my kids' hair, I don't like how I was not comfortable because of the ants crawling all over us.It was a thousand of ants in there by the window

There is a great Mexican Restaurant right next door, so relax after a long day’s drive and just walk to eat!
It’s my favorite place to stay on my way to Illinois!

Think twice!
Pros:

Room was nice. Jacuzzi was good except for no plug for drain!

Cons:

Ants in room and breakfast area! Woke up with ants crawling on us!
One out of 3 elevators working and the one was on its last leg. Made horrible noise and control panel was falling off! No drain plug for jacuzzi, had to use wash cloth. Ice machine not working on our floor!
