Pictures do not match the true appearance
Cons:

The hotel is right off the interstate and very noisy, the area does not match the photo's of the outside. A nearby Krystal was boarded up and closed, the area was not clean, no cars in the parking lot was weird it felt as if no-one was staying at this hotel. The pictures posted online do not match what you get when you get to the area. It was bad enough we chose to cancel regardless of the outcome. The hotel chose not to refund us but we did book at a different location and totally different hotel.

Great hotel
Pros:

We were passing through Nashville and needed a place to stay for the night. We were able to book last minute. The hotel is clean, quiet, and the staff is helpful.

Unsanitary hotel
Pros:

This was one of the most unsanitary and deplorable hotels I have ever stayed in. The front desk was not accommodating, having to wait for over an hour to contact a manager regarding checkin. I was traveling with family for a weekend wedding and we had 3 rooms with 2 small children in our party. One room was infested with ants, the 2nd room had blood stained sheets and there was water on the floor from the AC unit which caused me to slip and fall during the night.
Stay away from this hotel.

Overall the stay was good and the staff was good.
Pros:

Staff was very nice and friendly. She greeted me with a smile and was very welcoming to me when I checked in.

Cons:

My room had a locked door that was a closet that was closed off. But when I moved the chair that was in front of the door the door opened and that's how I discovered the closet.
