It was mid grade, used to be better…EVEN Friday’s sucked
Pros:

The proximity to my venue.

Cons:

The walls are thin you can hear into other rooms and the lobby had kids EVERYWHERE playing in the halls and lobby.

Guest having to pay for parking is wild and needs to be put on the website. If I knew I had to pay for parking i would have patronized some place else.

The desk personnel was awful and ruined our stay.
Pros:

Room was comfortable. Shuttle service to the airport was good.

Cons:

We arrived at 10 pm and tired with only 5.5 hrs to sleep before an early flight at Midway. But the Reception clerk said she did not have our reservation. 30 mins and 2 phone calls later, it turned out she had it. Our name had been incorrectly spelled. Then at 11:30 p.m. she called our room and woke us up to say she needed a registration paper we had taken with our room key card. We did not have the paper. She insisted We insisted. She looked again on her counter and found it.

I gave my stay 10 out of 10 and the breakfast was nice. The waffles was good. Everything was so nice for the breakfast.

I love those experience. The staff was very nice The facility was very clean and the kids love the pool. It was my son 8 birthday I will recommend anybody to stay there
