Not reccomended.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent in a pleasant basement dining room.! Room and bathroom were clean and the bed comfortable.

Cons:

Arrived on Saturday to be told that the restaurant was closed at the weekend, so no evening meal......but never mind, we could get a number 6 bus and travel into the old town in 15 minutes. Pity about the rain and cold. Around the hotel is much of a wasteland. Initially told to park in the street, 'as its free'. No parking places in the street but we managed to find a public car park with spaces.....however, the ladies in charge told us NOT to leave the car there overnight as it would be likely to be broken in to. Returned to the hotel to think: what do we do? and noticed a door marked 'Garage". Can I park here i enquired? Oh yes, came the reply, but you have to pay for it...duh!

Finally, bought a couple of soggy sandwiches at a run down service station and a packet of crisps and that had to suffice for the evening meal.

Overall, the hotel has more the feel of a student hostel rather than a hotel. Narrow corridors, very small rooms with no facilities. Bare floors everywhere. Rather worn and tatty furniture in the bedroom. Run-down part of town. Interestingly, when we booked originally, this hotel was part of the NH group. Bu the time we arrived, it wasn't!

With the best will in the world, I cannot reccomend this place.

Una ubicación perfecta en un buen hotel.
Pros:

En recepción fueron muy amables y agradables en todo momento.
La habitación cumplió mis expectativas pues estaba muy limpia junto con el baño.
La ubicación es muy buena, más cerca del centro de lo que parece y la zona está genial para aparcar y entrar y salir de Valladolid.

Cons:

Tuve problemas de poner mi scooter de movilidad reducida en la habitación, no esta adaptado para sillas de ruedas o en mi caso de un scooter, mi acceso al baño lo tenía que hacer lateralmente.
También considero que no hay una coherencia de precios de la nevera, todo estaba a 4,50€ y me refiero al agua

¡¡Volveremos!!
Pros:

La habitación era amplia, limpia y la cama grande y cómoda. El baño muy limpio y espacioso con todo lo necesario.
No puedo hablar del resto de servicios porque no los utilizamos.
En relación al personal de recepción todos muy amables

Recomendable
Pros:

Lo mejor el personal, sobre todo Ana y el director, en recepción, y Ester, en el comedor. Fueron muy, muy atentos y amables, ayudándonos en todo lo posible. El servicio de limpieza muy correcto. Y las instalaciones cómodas. Lo recomiendo 100%

No disponer de servicio de cafetería, no tenía un simple hervidor en la habitación , puerta giratoria , la calidad del mobiliario, muy antiguo necesita reformar. La calidad - precio no es adecuada.
