Excelente trato
Pros:

Un lugar perfecto si quieres visitar Valladolid con tus compañeros de cuatro patas. Los nuestros han sido recibidos en todas las ocasiones de forma excepcional. Un personal encantador y trato extraordinario. Camas muy cómodas y desayuno muy completo y variado. Mención especial a Carmen de la sala de desayunos, toda una profesional con una larga trayectoria que se aprecia en cuanto se entra a sala. Gracias!!

Excelente hotel. muy bien atendido, en zona tranquila de la ciudad, ideal para conocerla paseando
Pros:

Desayuno extraordinario, cama cómoda, limpieza y accesibilidad, aparcamiento gratis en los alrededores (también disponible a buen precio en el hotel), y lo mejor el personal de recepción, cocina y camareras de habitación, un inmejorable equipo. Enhorabuena.

Cons:

Todo me gustó; sólo creo que mejorable el aspecto de las escaleras y rampa de entrada. Nos consta que van a reformar el hotel por cambio de empresa matriz.

Cama super cómoda. Mucho silencio. Amplitud de la habitación. No le falta detalle. Se aparca perfectamente en la zona.

Pros:

Todo el personal es muuuy amable.
Todo está muy limpio.
El desayuno con variedad y rico.
El hotel está a unos 10 o 15 minutos del centro caminando, buena ubicación.
Recomendadísimo!

Está a 10 min andando tranquilamente. El personal es muy amable. La habitación muy amplia. ,muy limpia y la cama y almohadas súper cómodas.

Prefiero ducha . La habitación tenía bañera.

Slippers provided without the need to make requests.
I went during the Easter week and the staff offered a complimentary snack and a booklet.

Cons:

Not as centrally located as some other hotels. But it’s only an additional 10 mins walk or so.
