Muy cómodo y limpio
Habia unas obras en el hotel y fue un poco difícil el acceso
La ubicación está perfecta, junto al río y a unos minutos del centro.
El desayuno espectacular y el servicio tanto de recepción como de Room service y desayunos, inmejorable, me sentí realmente cómoda.
Las obras obviamente.
Pero es algo normal y tampoco me supuso ningún problema.
Resulta sorprendente que se considera 4 estreolas en las condiciones de acceso que está y las obras que está sufriendo, imagino que cuando esté todo renovado podrà considerarse como tal.

Estaba en obra, las habitaciones poco aisladas y escuchabas todo el ruido
Las camas son cómodas.
No me gusto el trato del personal del hotel.. Ni unas simples disculpas, habiendo teniendo que denunciar un episodio de malas tratos en la habitación de al lado a altas horas de la madrugada y que obviamente no nos permitió descansar durante varias horas, incluso con la llegada de la policia. Otro aspecto a destacar es la entrada del hotel por obras, esta impracticable, no entiendo como les permiten tener abierto el establecimiento, si hay un incendio por ahí no salen la mayoría de huéspedes.
El hoyel estaba en obras, el acceso era por unas escaleras metálicas de obra, bastante precario. Dentro del hotel, el ascensor disponible era el de la limpieza. No había aire acondicionado con el calor que hace.
Zero atención al detalle.
Everything could have been better. For the price we paid, the expectation was a 4-star hotel. This was not even close to that at all. It was much worse than expected. I don’t understand how it was even open to the public in such precarious conditions.
Si dejamos de lado que el edifcio está en obras y con signos de desmantelamiento, es un hotel tranquilo, cómodo y con buen potencial. Camas grandes, buen espacio y habitaciones agradables. En 20 minutos caminando estás en el centro histórico.
Está en obras, no tiene una entrada normal, hay salas tapadas con plásticos, no hay un cartel que diga Hotel. Todo esto le resta puntos, que sin duda recuperará el día que tenga todo esto subsanado.
Instalaciones, limpieza y sobre todo el personal
La atención del personal en general y en particular la atención de Carmen y Esther.
Las habitaciones aunque cómodas son muy frías, da sensación de hospital, algún detalle como cuadros o jarritos con flores las harían mucho más agradables, aunque entiendo que estando en obras...
Todo muy bien y mejor que admitan mascotas
