Pros:

Karşılama harika,uğurlama iyi. Odalar güzel. Temizlik iyi hergün havlu değişti. Sular tamamlandı. İlk gün oda biraz tozlu gibiydi. Ama 2.gün daha ferah geldi. Asansör var ama bazı tuşları bozuk kopuk gibiydi. Fiyat performans olarak başarılı. Havlu kalitesi biraz düşük gibiydi. Genel olarak başarılı buldum. Ufak tefek eksikler heryerde olabilir

Awful Experience – Would Never Stay Again
We arrived late in the evening with our three young children, and the first impression was terrible. The room reeked of strong cigarette smoke and instantly made me feel sick. Sadly, my children had to sleep in that smell. We had to have the doors open t 1am for an hour before we could go to sleep to air it out. We are non smokers.The pillows were like rocks, housekeeping is unavailable in the evening and the room itself was dirty in every corner and very tatty. Paint and decoration were peeling, everything looked old and dated, mixed with some modern new furnitures and it looked nothing like the modern rooms shown in the online photos which make it look immaculate. It's a 2 star hotel.
If we had arrived during the daytime, we would have left immediately. It was so disappointing, and honestly one of the worst feelings as a parent is having to put your children to bed in a room that feels unhygienic and reeks of smoke.
Pros:
The main bed was comfortable (unlike the pull-out beds).
The night receptionist was friendly.
Breakfast was decent; my family ate while I just had coffee.
Cons:
Strong cigarette smell in the room.
Pillows extremely uncomfortable.
Dirty, poorly maintained, very old décor.
No proper housekeeping.
Day receptionist was cold and unwelcoming.
Misleading online photos.
I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families with children.

Pros:

Het duurde erg lang tot het water warm werd. De kraan was kapot, het was van slechte kwaliteit. Ook vonden wij de bedden niet comfortabel. Zou niet weer naar dit hotel gaan.

Ordentliches und gut gelegenes Hotel
Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und am Morgen waren wir schnell wieder auf unserer Strecke.
Das Hotel liegt aber auch für Touristen günstig: Bus und Bahn fast vor der Tür .
Vom Restaurant wunderschöner Blick auf den Erciyes.

Pros:

Exterior and interior is poorly maintained and appears worn. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Sheet barely covered mattresses which had no protective covers. Towel gray and rough. Floor was cleaned but had filmy residue. Stair exit to outside was unlocked allowing anyone to go in. Overall photos are from when it was new but it has not been maintained

Pros:

Okay hotel made better by helpful and friendly staff. Overall the building itself feels a bit rundown and could be better taken care of - missing tiles in the pool, a small hole in our floor left after some plumbing maintenance, clean but graying and threadbare towels, the room could have been a bit cleaner... But we enjoyed our stay and felt that the hygiene was adequate. Great location by the tram! Pool was small but nice and we were able to have multiple sessions in the sauna and hamam without anyone else using the facilities at the same time as us on a Friday night which was a surprising plus. Very nice staff.

Pros:

Çok hoş bir oda ama kış için düşünülmüş, yaz ayları için konfor dikkate alınmamış. Oda bir pergola ile ikiye bölünmüş ancak oturum için ayrılan kısımdaki klima yatağın yer aldığı bölümü soğutmaya yetmiyor. Bu da Temmuz ayında konaklama yapıyorsanız, öğleden sonra güneş alan odayı geç vakitlere kadar dayanılmaz yapıyor. Ayrıca sigara içilmeyen oda seçme şansınız yok. Banyodaki havlulara bile çok ağır sigara kokusu sinmiş. O da acaba havlular ne sıklıkta değişiyor diye endişe uyandırıyor. Otelin konumu da şehir merkezine uzak ama yakında metro istasyonu var.

Pros:

Resepsiyon çalışanları çok ilgiliydi. Oda tahminimizden küçüktü malesef. Ayrıca banyoda sıvı sabun bitmişti yenilememişler. Odamız tam asansörün karşısındaydı ve asansör her katı geçerken sesli olarak bildirim veriyordu. Sabah 7 itibariyle sürekli asansörden ses duymak çok can sıkıcıydı

Oğlum yüzmeyi çok sevdiği için havuzu da güzel gözüktüğünden burayı tuttuk, check-in işlemini yaparken de bize havuzun bakım ve tadilatta olduğunu söylediler. Yani ani gelişen değil, planlı bir durum. Bunu rezervasyon esnasında belirtmeleri gerekir. İş işten geçip biz Kayseri’ye gelip otele girdikten sonra değil. Zaten ücrete dahil sauna ve havuz hizmeti var, ikisinin de olmadığını gitmeden öğrenemiyporsunuz.

Pool was closed. Hamam smelled like mold. They changed my room because it did not have working hair dryer and lights kept flickering. Secund room was much better.
It felt like I was renting an apartment building and not a hotel.
