Affordable, accommodating and convenient!
Pros:

Location was great. Room was clean and good sized with a view of downtown Dallas. Sheets and bedding soft and warm. Front desk was very accommodating and friendly.

Cons:

Bed was uncomfortable, too firm for my liking. Breakfast was a bit mediocre, room was a bit stuffy, can’t open any windows.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, propre et personnel très accueillant.
La chambre est d’une taille correcte pour un hôtel de centre ville.
Petit déjeuner conforme aux standards américains.
Tous les lieux principaux sont accessibles à pieds et il y a de nombreux restaurants à proximité.
Bon rapport qualité/prix.
Nombreux parkings publiques aux alentours à des prix raisonnables.

Cons:

Rien, cet hôtel correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes selon les standards américains.
Peut-être un peu de documentation touristique avec un plan du centre ville mais c’est vraiment pour « chipoter 😆 »

great staff and breakfast, but some changes could be made to improve the overall experience
Pros:

the spacious rooms and general room set-up was very nice with a desk and little kitchenette.

Cons:

the windows didn't have much sound proofing. i could hear everything from the busy street all night long. There was also no complimentary lotion or other useful toiletries made available. Paying for parking was also not ideal but fortunately was close.

Close to the venue AAC.

Cons:

Everything else was great, but I couldn’t set the AC to run continuously. It kept cycling on and off, which made the room warm and made it difficult to stay asleep.
