convenient, comfortable, & safe!
Pros:

staff and maintenance were kind and easy to talk to! room was big and comfortable and the breakfast was great. easy walk to and from the american airlines center.

Cons:

the only thing worth mentioning in terms of something we didn’t quite like was just the lack of light in the main living area of the room. there were no overhead lights just a dim lamp. it made two people getting ready at the same time almost impossible because we both needed the light at the sink. however, when entering we realized our original lamp didn’t work and the front desk was very kind about it and maintenance ended up bringing us a new lamp because ours was broken! it still wasn’t enough light for the space, but it definitely helped how nice they were about it!

el desayuno esta bien, tal vez un poco justo, pero bueno no todos los hoteles ofrecen desayuno en eeuu

Cons:

la habitacion podria era chica para 3 personas, ademas no tenia ventilacion natural, siempre dependiamos de un aire acondicionado

Great hotel for ENHYPEN Concert
Pros:

The hotel is really nice and I loved my room. The tv moves on the wall to turn towards the bed or couch. The heater worked great (I’m always cold even in the summer). Staff were awesome. Breakfast was great. They even called to ask if I wanted housekeeping during my stay since I had the sleeping sign on my door handle. Loved this hotel.

Pros:

Absolutely loved our stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, our room was large and spotless, and the breakfast definitely exceeded our expectations. The location was very convenient and within walking distance to the Dallas world aquarium and lots of other downtown attractions. Overall great stay!

Cons:

The motion sensor for the air conditioning units. That cycles the unit off after no movement is detected. Overall I give a 9/10 would give a 10/10 if it wasn't for the AC movement sensors.

Cons:

Que el horario del desayuno era muy reducido. No tenías lugar para sentarte y poder desayunar (si ibas durante los ultimos 30 minutos del horario de cierre)
