The location was fantastic. The room was a great size and very clean. The staff were very welcoming and also informative.
The couch was very hard, which made it uncomfortable to sit on. And the mattress was most uncomfortable. We woke up hurting in our backs both mornings.
Close vicinity to downtown with availability to Uber and to walk to restaurants
I wish it had a swimming pool

The clean room and modern look
Pay to park and struggle to get baggage and my two babies across the street into the hotel in the heat
Only valet parking available which is an additional cost is incredibly inconvenient
It was easy to walk around and enjoy the area. There is hardly traffic, so you're not waiting long on the crosswalks.
While the breakfast was delicious and up to standards, it was very limited and wasn't handled as sufficiently when there's more of a crowd. There was only 4 "main" foods (i.e. sausage, potatoes, waffles, eggs) and everything else was minimal. There was a valet, but the price and parking garage were not worth it all. We had a bigger vehicle, so we were forced to pay for parking elsewhere. The staff weren't as helpful and seemed insufficient at their jobs. I had my reservation booked months ago for a room with two beds and it wasn't honored at all. First, they gave me the wrong key and didn't even tell me which room it was. Second, I didn't get the reserved room and was told it was the last one they had since they were "fully booked." There was an extra charge of a deposit that wasn't discussed and when brought up, I was told that because it was through a third-party that there wasn't anything they could do. If I was meant to book directly through them to avoid all this, then they should remove themselves from booking.com — it felt really shortsighted to not have any of the information at hand.
I enjoyed the places nearby and how clean it was.
I didn’t like the fact that we had to sleep with fans because our ac never got checked after about 3 times of being told it was going to be checked other than that stay was amazing.
Close location to AA Stadium to watch the Dallas Wings! Great potato bits during breakfast. 10/10 will be coming back to see my girls Paige and Azzi and the Wings play 💙
The sheets were a little dirty and would like ramen as a choose during stay for midnight craving at their convenience “store”
