Booked a short notice when flight was cancelled. Aniya (?) on the front desk was really helpful - made a difference to our stay. Good sized, modern, clean room with useful small kitchen area.

The location is brilliant, bang on Dallas downtown, walking distance to local attractions and restaurants. Not far from the AT&T Dallas stadium, around 30-ish mins by uber. Even the DFW airport was around 30 mins. The rooms were surprisingly spacious. The decor was a bit dated, but it was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, the king room had a pull out sofa bed, it had a very thin mattress but we couldn’t complain. The staff were very proactive, attentive, always smiling and very helpful. It was a pleasure interacting with them. The breakfast was good, though limited in number of items. The 2 days we stayed, we had scrambled eggs, potato bites and one day it was bacon and the other day it was pork sausages along with the staple thoroughfare like bread, oats, coffee/tea and waffles. Not bad, we enjoyed it.
The best thing about the hotel was its self-laundry service for the guests. The washing and drying were both at nominal costs of $2.5 per load which to us was a boon in disguise. And having a microwave in each room along with diffident towels and toiletries made it for a fulfilling stay with Springhill.
Only thing I would recommend is to provide an electric kettle in the room and a safe to lock the valuables like passport and laptops.
