The Waymore is a great place to stay. I have stayed there every time I visit Nashville. But I will make a note to self to request to stay on floors 2 & 3 from now on, because floor 4 is directly beneath the Roof Top Bar which plays very loud music until late. I also had to listen to a wedding reception that went on until midnight. Not great when you have a sleeping baby in your suite.

When management was told the could care less - cancelled second date of stay and would never recommend

We’ve become very loyal to this hotel. We visit Nashville regularly to see our family. The location is excellent for us. The hotel staff is the best of the best. Our rooms are always exactly what we expect. We love the bar in the lobby. Everything is just perfect.

The front desk is located within the bar. Bad design. Especially when the bar is packed and you have to make your way through people to check in. Staff is bartending and checking in. Location is unappealing. Staff is not friendly or helpful. No cleaning service. Was advised by front desk "You have to request cleaning service at most hotels...." NOT IN MY EXPERIENCE! No smart tv. Tv's appear to be old refurbished tv's. Room smelled when we arrived. Would NOT stay here again.
