This is not a 5 star hotel experience the only . W’ve been treated unfairly and been discriminated. Very bad experience.
Pros:

Bath room is nice and clean.

Cons:

Hotel is quite far from city centre - 15 to 20mins walk, with chaos taxi market it makes the location less attractive.
Wi-fi is not workable at all and staff is not friendly and be being RACIST.
Man at reception greets white people with smile and good service and for us nothing.
There is one lady serving tea and coffee at floor 9 breakfast, you can see clearly how she treated white people and Asia differently. She never come to us and other Asian and ask if tea or coffee is needed until I made strong eye contact with her, even she came she acted like very unhappy and gave me the very impatient face. But when she saw white people, how welcoming she is!
Very slow respond: I stayed there for 3 nights and didn’t get even single room clean until I called the reception and waited in front of the reception for 30mins before they could finally sent someone to clean the room. They managed to refill the water but not able to clean, what a joke.
Room facility is very old: the wardrobe is very old and dirty, not cleaned for long time. Weighting scale is broken and not fixed - means no one checked it.
Understaffed:Too many group tourists, lobby is always full of people and very noisy. need to wait long before I could be served.

Pros:

The hotel was wonderful; both the services and the staff fully met our expectations. A major positive point regarding our stay was that, although hotel expansion work involving heavy machinery was underway—causing annoying noise—the hotel manager responded immediately and effectively to our complaint. The work was promptly halted for the duration of our stay, something we greatly appreciated. Furthermore, we were offered a complimentary full massage at the hotel facilities—Egyptian hospitality at its best. I would certainly visit again and highly recommend it.

Delusa hotel non all'altezza delle stelle associate.

Posizione sul Nilo, pulito.

Cons:

Colazione non da Hotel così lussuoso, la nostra stanza non è stata pulita nonostante siamo rientrati alle 15. Ci hanno fatto pagare due bottigliette di acqua e per un hotel così lo trovo assurdo. Frigo in stanza rotto, aria condizionata freddissima e rumorosa non si riesce a dormire dal freddo e rumore ventola ma se spegni fa caldo. Personale gentile ma poco presente con il cliente. Siamo stati a cena a Casa Napoli all'interno dell'hotel Steigenberger e a parte ad aver mangiato bene sono stati gentilissimi, personale accogliente ci hanno anche offerto le sigarette che avevamo finito e a inizio cena un antipasto. Se dovessi tornare prenoterei allo Steigenberger molto bello e gentilissimi oltre ad averci offerto alcune cose. Nel nostro hotel caffè e acqua pagati a parte. Tantissimo rumore dei lavori in corso e stanza non pulita che trovo molto grave. Come perdere un cliente.

Amazing hotel!
Pros:

Staff is very friendly. Mirna and Clara were of great assistance whenever needed, and also the girl at reception.
The hotel is great, good location with big room.

Cons:

Service is very slow, whenever you ask for something at the bar, restaurant, etc.

Stay here was a joy!
Very nice hotel has all u need for a perfect holiday. Located in 20 min by walk from Luxor temple. The breakfast is quite varied. If u wanna start u day early before the breakfast, hotel staff make a luch box for u.
Also hotel may organize all tour u needed. It is safe.
Swiming pool is clear and has a nice relax area.
It was a pleasure to stay here.

Super, si nous revenons nous choisirions cet hôtel.
Pros:

Avoir été surclassé nous a permis de bénéficier d'une suite avec un excellent confort. La vue prévue sur le Nil était au rendez vous avec le balcon qui permettait d'en bénéficier encore plus largement. Pour le petit déjeuner, il y en avait pour tous les gouts et tous les gourmands en quantité très appréciable.

Personalen Gebriel i frukostbuffén är en underbar människa. Bästa och trevligaste personalen manager än är Mr. Hisham.
Pros:

Mycket bra hotell, väl belägen, nära till sevärdheter. Rena och ny renoverade rum.

Cons:

2 Personal servitören och barmen i baren där de brukar ha life musik försökte lura mig med att sälja gammal juice trots att jag hade beställt ny pressad.

We had such a wonderful stay at Sonesta St. George Hotel during our honeymoon. The hotel prepared a lovely surprise for us, including a beautiful room upgrade and a delicious honeymoon cake, which made our stay feel even more special.
