Personalen Gebriel i frukostbuffén är en underbar människa. Bästa och trevligaste personalen manager än är Mr. Hisham.
Pros:

Mycket bra hotell, väl belägen, nära till sevärdheter. Rena och ny renoverade rum.

Cons:

2 Personal servitören och barmen i baren där de brukar ha life musik försökte lura mig med att sälja gammal juice trots att jag hade beställt ny pressad.

We had such a wonderful stay at Sonesta St. George Hotel during our honeymoon. The hotel prepared a lovely surprise for us, including a beautiful room upgrade and a delicious honeymoon cake, which made our stay feel even more special.

A special thank you to Nardine for taking such great care of us. She was incredibly kind, gentle, thoughtful, and attentive throughout our stay. We could truly feel the care she put into making our honeymoon memorable.

Amazing Hotel by The River Nile
Pros:

The hotel overlooking the river Nile was beautiful, especially watching sunset from the balcony.
All the staff were absolutely wonderful, kind and very polite. We Enjoyed the wide spread of breakfast selection. Pool side Food & drink was great. À la carte Dinner at the Italian restaurant was delicious. The service in all areas was superb. House keeping did a great job in keeping our rooms clean every day. The beds were so comfortable to sleep on. Front of house team and customer relation were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely come back and stay in Sonesta St George again.

¡LA MEJOR ESTANCIA DE NUESTRO VIAJE!
Pros:

Nos permitieron hacer early check-in desde las 10 de la mañana sin coste extra, así como late check-out sin costo extra hasta las 5 de la tarde, esto nos pareció de lo mejor, ya que veníamos cansados de un vuelo nocturno. Contratamos servicio de transfer con el hotel y al salir del aeropuerto ya nos estaban esperando. Tienen su propia tienda de souvernis y con los precios aún mejor que en otros sitios. El buffet del desayuno estaba delicioso, con muchas opciones y huevos al gusto hechos al momento. Las camas de lo más cómodo. te regalan pantuflas. Todo el equipo super servicial y nos atendieron y explicaron todo desde nuestra llegada. ¡Hace mucho que no me hospedaba en un hotel así de excelente!

sinceramente una vista hermosa, buenos restauranes en el mismo hotel, el personal amable, el desayuno muy completo, vale la pena todo en el hotel.

Cons:

falto que informaran que se encontraban trabajando alrededor de la piscina, es incomodo ir a relajarse y tener ruido alrededor. solo eso pero todo espectacular

Overall really good hotel with great staff whom are working under difficult set of circumstances external
Pros:

A Good property, the staff were efficient, assertive, available, personable and trustworthy to meet our needs.

The infrastructure, rooms well maintained -though building works next door and major works out front on street main entrance impacted Sonesta -the staff though dedicated, professional under enduring external circumstances.

Cons:

The gym equipment needs as a high priority service maintenance. Running machine belts both slipping, likely to cause injury, the rowing machine seat runners causes friction, bump effects. Servicing equipment needs to be arranged.

The shower/baths fixtures/equipment in room whilst multifunctional is complicated to use and are looking dated -refurbishment -modernisation would be advantageous.

The location should’ve been nice, except construction, overwhelmed the experience

The location right on the Nile is nice, however, with so much construction in the area it was impossible to enjoy the pool area at all

Cons:

There is construction inside the hotel they’re renovating rooms, and surrounding area is all under construction. The roads are wrapped up as they are preparing for The Four Seasons hotel to open up in approximately one year from now. There’s loads of noise, dust, construction workers everywhere. The pool area was terrible. There was fake grass and carpet all over the deck which looked tattered and dirty. There were black tarps, hanging all around the side of the pool likely to prevent dust from entering the pool. The pool is sunken down you cannot see anything from there. Photos on the website look much better than reality.
