We loved your property. The linen on the beds was amazing. Shower- jacuzzi was a bit tricky to navigate.
Pros:

Very classy, clean, great size rooms and enjoyed the balcony.

The female desk staff, the rooms and beds very comfortable, location is excellent

The pool is far too small, the male front office staff are consistently rude, the cups for coffee are way too small they are tiny but not the price, the electronic bath shower unit in the club rooms never works

Next time to Luxor, I shall definitely stay again in Sonestra.
Pros:

Everything fine, the room, the bed, the cleanliness.
No problems at all, it's probably as it is advertised, i.e. the best hotel in Luxor.
It could be considered a 5-star hotel.

ルクソールでナイル川に沈む夕陽を眺めるならここ
Pros:

私にとって初めてのルクソールの旅だったが、このホテルが私の旅をとても素敵なものにしてくれた。まずロケーションが最高でナイル川の目の前という場所にホテルはある。ナイル川西岸に沈む夕陽を部屋から眺められるのはとても贅沢は体験だった（ナイル川が見える部屋を予約することをオススメする）。またホテルのスタッフのホスピタリィティもよく、特にフロントスタッフのMs.Mavieyはとても親切で、丁寧にホテルの説明などしてくれ、私は早朝便の到着だったがアーリーチェクインに変更してくれたのは心から感謝している（私は東京から2度のトランジットで28時間かけてルクソールに到着したので疲労困ぱいで、部屋でゆくり休めて本当にありがたかった）

Cons:

オフシーズンだったせいか、庭のデッキの工事をしていて、バルコニーにいる時に工事の音が気になった。

Hotel top sotto ogni aspetto: struttura pulita, confortevole e ben curata. Staff sempre gentile e disponibile, servizio impeccabile. Ottima anche la ristorazione, con ampia scelta di ristoranti e piatti per tutti i gusti. Un ringraziamento speciale a Nardine per la sua straordinaria cortesia e attenzione agli ospiti, che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissimo!

Pros:

The staff is friendly and helpfull especialy Mavie. She was the one that help me check in. And i can check in very early, that is really helpfull.
The other thing is just as expected as this hotel class.

Cons:

The hot water is not can be sometimes sudenlly turn cold instantly before going back hot again.

The location is central to everything and the staff are absolutely engaging and helpful and just can't do enough for you ...I will always stay here

Cons:

The construction out the back...but unlike other work these guys are going at it ...hell bent for leather...just so they can get it done quicker....hats off to them.

The best hotel to stay in Luxor! Beautiful facilities, great location, extremely clean and unmatched staff!
Pros:

Absolutely everything. It’s a beautiful hotel in a great location and the staff are amazing. Everyone has a smile on their faces and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is wonderful.
The rooms are super clean and spacious, the restaurants have amazing food and overall the facilities are fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.
