Entraron a mi habitación a las 7am para preguntar por un tomatodo perdido. Pésimo. Además prendieron un maquina eléctrica industrial para secar el piso y la pasearon por el borde de la piscina con todo y cables mientras estaba llena de gente.

Buena atención, cuarto cómodo pero la ducha no es buena. El sauna es bueno pero el jacuzzi no tiene buen chorro de agua. El desayuno buffet es bueno. La calidad precio del restaurante es buena.

Estimados, me dirijo a ustedes para comentar una situación que viví durante mi reciente estadía en su hotel.

Me alojé en el hotel debido a que participé en un congreso que se desarrolló en sus mismas instalaciones, motivo por el cual elegí hospedarme allí. Durante esos días consumí únicamente alimentos dentro del hotel y no comí en otros lugares.

Actualmente me encuentro embarazada de 20 semanas, por lo que soy considerada una paciente de mayor riesgo. Por esta razón fui especialmente cuidadosa con mi alimentación, evitando consumir alimentos crudos, frutas sin pelar o ensaladas.

Lamentablemente, durante mi estadía desarrollé un cuadro gastrointestinal severo que posteriormente fue confirmado mediante exámenes de laboratorio, diagnosticándose infección por Escherichia coli. Este cuadro me provocó una enfermedad importante, que incluyó atención médica de urgencia y la necesidad de ausentarme de mi trabajo.

Dado que extremé los cuidados con la alimentación y que todos los alimentos consumidos fueron dentro del hotel, me preocupa profundamente que esto pueda estar relacionado con la manipulación o preparación de alimentos durante mi estadía.

Les escribo porque, considerando mi condición de embarazo y el impacto que esto tuvo en mi salud, me parece importante informarles de lo ocurrido para que puedan revisarlo internamente y prevenir que algo similar pueda afectar a otros huéspedes.
