Pros:

Sehr netter Empfang. Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal .Zimmer ausreichend groß und sauber, leicht abgewohnt. Tageslichtbad.
Trotz der Lage am Ring unglaublich Ruhiges Zimmer....

Cons:

Leider hatte ich keine frischen Trinkgläser im Zimmer, nur die benutzten der Vormieter. Beim Frühstück wäre mehr Käseauwahl z.B. Camembert, schön gewesen.
Am frühen Abend gab es auch an der Erfrischungstheke beim Empfang keine frischen Gläser mehr...viel zu wenig Haken im Bad, kaum Ablage. Ich war alleine im Zimmer deswegen reichte es gerade so. Die in der Zimmer Beschreibung gezeigte Sitzecke fehlte gänzlich.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Ausstattung des Zimmers 01 ist allerdings unbefriedigend!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption! Gute Lage zum Hbf Wien.

Cons:

* Die elektrischen Schalter neben dem Bett fensterseitig waren komplett ausgefallen: Das Nachttisch-Lämpchen funktionierte nicht, die Deckenbeleuchtung konnte nicht ein- oder ausgeschaltet werden.
* Die Lichter waren also nur vom anderen Bett aus zu bedienen (ich war Einzelreisender). Der Weg dorthin ist aber sehr eng und man ist in Gefahr, sich an einer Ecke des Garderobensystems, das in den Raum ragt, eine Beule am Kopf zu holen!
* Die wesentlichen österreichischen Fernseh-Kanäle (ORF, Servus-TV) waren (in meinem Fall für eine Fußball-Übertragung) auf den Kanälen 87, 88 und 169 zu gut "versteckt"!
* Die Seifenspender in der Dusche sind zu viel zu hoch und deshalb viel zu unpraktisch angebracht!

Отличное месторасположение. Приятный, добродушный, культурный, вежливый персонал. Неплохие завтраки. Очень чисто.

Excellent Location but lack of summer facilities
Pros:

The location is perfect to everything u need

Cons:

No air-conditioning during 30+ degree temperature, only two little fan (1 broken) , also they gave us fleece blanket during that hot season

it wasn't great. It was very hot, and the window in the room was so far away that we could barely even call it a window.I called reception and told them it was hot, and they just said, 'So? There's a window, isn't there?

Pros:

Большой просторный номер, все было чисто. Для большой семьи места очень много. Единственный минус-нет кондиционера, воды и чайника в номере. Все остальное прекрасно. Особый плюс-месторасположение. Находится буквально в 5 минутах от ж/д вокзала Вены
