Pros:

το πρωινό εξαιρετικό, το δωμάτιο τεράστιο, πολύ άνετο, το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό, μονο το μπάνιο ήταν πολύ μικρό, τα κρεβάτια πολύ αναπαυτικά και το δωμάτιο πολύ ζεστό.

Lage super, Rest so, dass wir nicht wiederkommen.

Personal desinteressiert, nicht am Wohl des Gastes interessiert, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstück. Alte Blutflecken auf beiden (!!!!) Bettlacken. Nach Reklamation keine Nachfragen, neues Zimmer bekommen, war jedoch auch nicht sauberer: Schamhaaren auf dem Laken und schmutzige Toilette. Roomservice beansprucht den ganzen Morgen den Lift, so dass man ihn als Gast nur mit sehr langen Wartezeiten nutzen kann.... oder zu Fuß geht.

Výborná lokalita a velice výhodné pro krátkodobé pobyty, vstřícný personál
Pros:

Pro účely našeho pobytu vynikající lokalita (Hl.nádraží, stanice metra, tramvaje, autobusů), příjemný a vstřícný personál, čisto, pokoj útulný a přesně odpovídal potřebám krátkodobého pobytu.
Určitě při další návštěvě Vídně využijeme znovu.

Cons:

No funciono el wifi desde ningún lugar del hotel. Veladores y armarios rotos. Paredes descascaradas. Ascensor para 3 personas para todo el hotel incluido el servicio. Escalera como se ve en la foto y hasta una estufa antigua en mal estado. Manchas en las paredes. Olor en el baño. Faltan puertas. Prácticamente sin lugar en la recepción. Nos cambiaron dos veces la habitación hasta que nos dieron la que se ve en fotos.

An absolute bargain for a nice hotel
Pros:

Nice decor, quiet, comfortable, friendly staff, great location. Overall great value for money.

Cons:

Would be a 10/10 for me it it had a kettle and iron. Otherwise perfect!

Gute und günstige Unterkunft
Pros:

Tolles Preisleistungsverhältnis, es war sauber und das Personal freundlich. Die Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof ist praktisch. Da es Probleme beim ersten Zimmer gab, haben wir sofort ein anderes bekommen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, der Heizungsthermostat war defekt und die Gänge wirken etwas heruntergekommen.

The shower was not holding the water enough around the glass doors so water was all over the bathroom.
