Location fantastic, pool and amenities also excellent. V comfy bed and pillows.
Not about the property exactly.
But think they should be clearer regarding additional resort fees and all of the taxes on top of the resort fees. I’d prefer to know exact amounts up front.

Ambienti esterni come spiaggia privata e piscina davvero belli.
Servizio gym & spa pressochè inesistente.
La "Gym" sono due tapis roulant e basta.
La spa è solo su prenotazione e viene una massaggiatrice esterna alla struttura e va prenotata almeno 48h prima.
Il frigo bar in camera era vuoto al momento del check-in e a seguito della richiesta in reception di riempirlo non è stato fatto. Davvero un peccato non avere mai nulla di pronto da bere in camera.
Camere piccole, si tratta di un hotel del periodo Art-Deco, suggestivo ma un po' antico.

La ubicación, la piscina y el acceso a la playa.
La cama y los muebles, son muy antiguos y nada confortables. La cama estaba tan dura y desnivelada que me quedé con un severo dolor de espalda y no pude dormir bien.
Le charme du site, la beauté de la piscine et de la végétation, le côté art déco, le personnel aux petits soins.
Parfois les voisins, mais ce n’est pas de la faute de l’établissement. Et le fait de ne pas pouvoir nager dans la piscine après le coucher du soleil…

We had an incredible stay at The National. Facilities are clean and convenient, the food is terrific and the staff is amazing. Kiki at recepton, Salah at the pool and Johanna at the bar/grilll were so hospitable. We will be back.

We stayed here at the national, recommended by good friends to celebrate our 12th anniversary. Even though this is close to the iconic party area “south beach” this location immediately takes you off the coast to a secret destination. It has sexy nostalgic vibes feeling as if you are in a beautiful exotic island. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed not even leaving the hotel. Key points - ask for Salah, Sarah, at the pool or Yoni, Johanna, or Miguel. The team by the pool area is amazing. One thing I enjoy is that they don’t make it feel like they are serving you, they make it feel like it’s their pleasure to serve you. Totally different experience if you know what I mean. Respect this place and respect the secret of Miami.
Very relaxing, service was fantastic and friendly. Salah out by the pool and bar was excellent, made sure we were well taken care of our whole stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great experience. The Aqua deck pool staff, Aneta, Yoni, and Salah are amazing and made our days by the pool enjoyable
First time staying here. Have been to South beach dozens of times. We have stayed in many locations. We really enjoyed being here. The staff was great both Saleh and Jacob and Yoni and Aneta took good care of us at the pool. We will return!
