Highly recommend
Pros:

Gorgeous large resort style pool area with attentive and friendly staff. Indoor hotel staff also very pleasant and helpful. Hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated and well-maintained. Great location within walking distance for dining and shopping. Enjoyed a massage and free yoga class, both at the hotel and both amazing. We stayed during the World Cup and it was exciting but never noisy. Would highly recommend The National Hotel and wouldn’t look elsewhere if ever travelling to Miami South Beach in the future.

I was first of all welcomed on arrival by my name sake Paul who is definitely an asset to the experience and Hotel great guy..My regards to the nice Executive Airpirt Taxi driver from Brazil you organised nice guy great chat to the airport 🛫
Great professionalism by the hotels reception staff, the hotels pool bar staff, they were all so nice and helpful and Elijah at the beach hut he was very professional, polite and hard working big shout out to him. Then how can I for get the lovely lady who reminded me of someone I used to know who made amazing cocktails or anything you wanted every evening at the hotels classy bar with the piano. Last but not the least all the workers were great from the cleaning team to the maintenance so no complaints from me just my highest recommendation. Oh and the pools burger and Snaperwich (Snapper Fish) with fries were my favourite plus they have a lovely omelette too. A very relaxing beautiful hotel, with one of the best pools in Miami definity the longest pool in Miami, with a great atmosphere. Definitely would return in the future. Thank you National H, for the amazing experince i had marking my birthday, a memory i will treasure forever

Komfortables Hotel in hervorragender Lage mit schönem Pool

WIr waren zum dritten mal im National Hotel und dieses mal rundum zufrieden. Wir wurden freundlich beim Check-In begrüsst. Zur Feier unseres 20. Hochzeitstages bekamen wir netterweise eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit vom Hotel mit einer netten Karte. Das Abendessen im hoteleigenen Restaurant zur Feier des Hochzeitstages war rundum gelungen, ein sehr aufmerksamer Service und hervorragendes Essen in einer tollen Location!
Dieses mal hatten wir ein Cabana-Zimmer. Es hat uns viel besser gefallen als die kleineren Zimmer im Hauptgebäude. Es war größer, besser eingerichtet und wir haben den schönen Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool genossen.
Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend in South Beach, zu Fuss ist alles erreichbar, Ocean Drive, Lincoln St Mall und der schöne Strand. Der lange Pool ist einfach traumhaft, der Liegebereich am kleineren Pool hübsch eingerichtet.
Das Adult Onliy Konzept finden wir sehr angenehm.
Wenn wir wieder in Miami Beach sind, kommen wir gerne wieder!

Cons:

Leider wurde wegen einer externen Veranstaltung wieder abends der Poolbereich und der Zugang zum Strand für Hotelgäste gesperrt. Das hatten wir bisher bei jedem unserer drei Aufenthalte. Es ist dann immer schade, wenn man sich als zahlender Hotelgast vom eigenen Hotelbereich ausgesperrt fühlt!
Die unsägliche Unsitte einer Resort Gebühr kannten wir bisher nur aus Las Vegas. Einfach den Zimmerpreis etwas teurer machen und die Resortgebühr weglassen. Das passt nicht zu einem so teuren und guten Hotel!

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Miami Beach. Vieles ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Strand und Strandpromenade gleich hinter dem Hotel.
Die Pool- und Gartenanlage ist der Hammer. Das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Die Zimmer sind hübsch und originell eingerichtet; allerdings nicht sehr gross.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war wirklich sehr klein.
