Had the best experience at the National Hotel in a location where there's a lot of options and would definitely start there and will return whenever going to Miami Beach.
Standout service at the bar for their on-site restaurant, (Tobbey & Zach) , very attentive and accommodating Bell staff and valet. The star of the trip was the service at the pool by Salah! He was so kind and genuine in his desire to make sure every moment of our stay at the pool or down to the beach was absolutely perfect. He greeted us warmly every morning made sure our chairs were in the right spot and he anticipated anything we needed while relaxing before we even knew we needed it! I was sad to leave the pool & the sunshine but mostly him!
Rooms were perfect size and temp - stay in the Cabanas which had lovely balcony perfect to enjoy coffee or cocktail to start & end evening.
100% will return!
Friendliness of staff, in particular Annie and Max at breakfast, Rachael, Kefyrah, Nate and Nate at front desk. And most particularly, Paul the Bellhop.

We recently returned from our second stay at National Hotel. Despite imperfect weather, we had a wonderful time. Our room was lovely and we so enjoyed the heated pool and the pristine beach. A big shoutout to Kefyrah behind the front desk who could not have been more gracious and friendly. We give her credit for starting our stay at the National on a truly positive note.

Everything thing was perfect. The staff was very attentive. The pools were pretty. Appreciated the heated pool since miami was cooler than normal. Ate at the restaurant the food was very good. The national location was near reasturants, stores and trolley stop.
