If I could put my stay into one word it would be COMFORTABLE !!!!
Pros:

The staff was very nice and showed great hospitality. I was greeted with a big hello and a pleasant smile. It was a problem with my first rooms heat. I went back to the front desk and told them and they moved me immediately. Oh my first night I was on the 2nd floor I love that they have a working clean elevator.

Cons:

I seen a bug I’m not to afraid of them but I can do without seeing them.

Horrific there were a lot of things that could be done by the staff to improve the property if they
Pros:

Room was filthy dirty - I asked for a broom and was given a decrepit broom that did not sweep - I had to get one of my floor brooms to get the dirt up. There is a 3 inch gap in the bottom of the door and leaves, dirt and other mess was blowing in constantly. There was a 1 to 2 inch gap on the left side of the door (I could send pics as I took them for any possible clients that might have to opportunity to stay).

There was nothing liable about that room - it was worse than a dirty dog kennel.

The sad thing is the building had charm, but that was all that could be said for it. The shower curtain rod was so rusted, I was concerned to move the shower curtain because all that rust may have fallen into my hair. I tried to inform the front office staff of the many things that were awful and not one responded in a positive manner. Because of the location, I was willing to stay and try to make he best of it, until the manager decided the best way to handle the situation was to react like a racist and tell me she was not going to extend my stay. I did not yell, use coarse language or threaten anyone - I simply wanted one of the front office staff to explain how things worked, which none of them could or would do and yes, that was extremely frustrating,

Cons:

No service - no consideration - no attempt to show ANY customer service at all. I have been in travel over 20 years and this was not the way to behave in front of customers or employees,

The hotel needs to be honest about what and who their target demographic is: unhoused individuals.
Pros:

What I liked: there was a bed, the room was warm, there were ceiling lights. The room was a good size.

Cons:

This honestly fell so far below my expectations that it is difficult to quantify.

The room was rented as non-smoking. Someone had clearly smoked in it previously. It smelled dirty and I couldn't sleep at all. There were stains on the carpet. There were stains on the tables. There were stains on the walls. The bottom of the bathroom door looked like a pet or something had chewed on it. The service was honestly bad as well. The night shift clerk took 15 minutes to enter the lobby to check me in and the lobby smelled like weed. When I tried to ask to move rooms because of the smoke smell, the lobby door was locked. The next morning I went to ask a morning crew if I could move rooms, lobby was locked. The check-out time said 9am on the website. Apparently check out STARTS at 11am? Does not end at 11am? I've checked out of hotels as early as 5am in the past. How is this reasonable?

It is clear to me that this hotel does not function as somewhere a visitor can stay. This is somewhere you go when you have a job, but you got evicted. When you can't afford a home, but have enough income to stay out of a shelter. I personally think even as a halfway home, it does not do a good job of giving people dignity. The door should be repaired, stains removed.

Cons:

Purchased king suite. They only offer queen suites at this location. Shouldn't be selling kings suites online if not available. The toilet didn't work. The door barely shut all the way like the front door has been kicked in before. The vents where hanging in the room like someone was putting something in it. The overall appearance of the property is dingy and dirty. Many things need to be fixed on this property instead just being neglected. Needs a renovation before it's worth what they are charging.

Pros:

Great location for want I was doing in town

Cons:

The first room I was given had a broken toilet that did not flush. Changed rooms and this room had a broken towel rack and a big crack under the door to where u could see outside. The crack prevented the room from warming up as it was cold outside.
