Everything was out of date, shower head , bathroom in general. Locks on the door were half broken & loose. AC/heat unit didn't work properly. Was approached by way too many strangers asking for money. Seen drug deal happening in parking lot.

My stay was overall a horrid experience .
Pros:

I appreciated one worker , she was darkskin & really sweet .

Cons:

I didn’t appreciate the fact that the maintenance men don’t fix anything , they gave me a room with someone stuff in there , the general manager was very rude , they have people living out there without payment . there is a pedophile out there with kids around which was a big no for me considering i have babies .

The room s bathroom was dirty burn spot in ceiling wall doors holes big in doors rug big stains rooms smells like smoke and pulling up at property was dirty walls doors homeless people in from of doors checking and I want through all this so staff beyond counter wanted to show me another room after 4 rooms so when he came towards me what he pull out a blunts and strat smoking it smoke going in my face never again

It was horrible I want a refund or a free night or half price night

Check the messages I sent twice about my stay it was horrible the room was a mess smelled like smoke no remote for the tv the microwave was broken the stove was rusted out the smoke detector didn’t work and was stolen the lights didn’t work . And the smoke was baked in the room .. the toilet even stoped working ..
I went to the office but no one came to switch my rooms or accommodate my wife and I for the mishaps
