Overall was not a great experience but it was a room that got the job done for the price.
Pros:

The air conditioning did work in the room. The room had available cable, and overall the area was pretty quiet.

Cons:

The sink in my room did not work. When I tried to use it the water did not go down the drain. I did report this to the front desk and nothing was done about it. Sheets and towels were not replaces. The room did have a distinct cigarette smell.

My stay was horrible.

I liked the location.

Cons:

They gave me a smoking room and he said it it didn’t smell but the room was horrible. The tv was small and the room didn’t look clean. When I went down stairs to complain nobody was around. The elevator didn’t work and we had to take the stairs. I wasn’t told that when I was checking in. The stairs halls smell like urine, trash and many other smells. I will never stay at an extended stay

Did not stay. Booking.com has extremely inadequate customer service. Won't book through them again.
Pros:

No breakfast offered. Did not stay at this unsafe location. Rate was not commiserate with expectations.

Cons:

The location and the type of guests and the poor customer service of Booking.com. They had me on hold for 2 hours before I finally hung up and when I called back the next person hung up on me instead of trying to deescalate the situation. Rude, rude, rude! Never book through them again!

I like the hotel like this location love the staff do not like the manager
Pros:

The place was close to where we would need to be. It was pet friendly had a place where I can walk my dog.

Cons:

Saw a roach in the office the staff was amazing except for the manager. We’ve stayed there multiple times and she accused us of smoking in the room on a previous stay on the third floor and we have never once stayed on the third floor. Our room had one towel we asked for a couple more cause we were staying two nights and would both like to take a shower and she charged us five dollars need a new manager.
